It is unbelievable that there are still political leaders like

Gaddafi in the midst of 21st century.

Humans are born to live in communal; thus we have

families, tribes, ethnics and nations throughout human

historical development. When China was united by

the Emperor (called as Son of Heaven), there was the

understanding that he was appointed by heaven to

take care of all people under him and they should not be

seen as his personal slaves. The recent political turmoil

in Libya fully revealed Gaddafi as an egoistic and fanatic

extremist with whom everybody should disgust.

From television coverage on Gaddafi all we can see are his

self-centre-ness and crankiness. In spite of all the uprises

from around the country he still claimed that all his people

were supporting him; he claimed that all the revolts were

under drug control; and he denied all the past happenings

where he ordered massive killing of his own people. When

one is living in a mindset of his very own incapable of

communicating with the outside world like what Gaddafi is

behaving, we can call this schizophrenia. It is such a pity

that he happened to be the country leader of Libya thus

taking control over millions of lives in his hands.

The UN Security Council has passed a resolution to

rebuke this dictator through economical means in the

hope of constraining his power. The entire world joins force

in reprimanding Gaddafi as to encourage his followers

revaluate their stance. Taking Gaddafi out may take quite

sometime, meanwhile I can just hope that the situation in

Libya could ease out.

Rome is not built in one day. For Libya to come to this spot

and for such an irrational dictator to remain in power over

decades, all the other world leaders who have been for long

supporting Gaddafi on various political grounds have some

tough questions to answer. This political episode hopefully

can throw some light to the whole world that no one should

tolerate any abuse of human right and freedom anywhere

for the sake of any self interest.

在2012年7月1日，又有以上四種衛生行業將受到全國衛生行業註冊與認證計劃(NRAS)立法監管。該計劃是按照《全國衛生從業人士監管法》設立的，並已在各州和領地實施。

澳大利亞衛生工作者部長理事會(AHWMC)將決定全國委員會會員任命、委員會規模和構成以及認證職能的分配。

現對以下四個全國委員會的任命徵求提名和意向書:• 澳大利亞原住民與托利斯海峽島民衛生行業委員會• 澳大利亞中醫委員會• 澳大利亞醫療放射行業委員會• 澳大利亞職業治療委員會。

任命分為以下兩個類別:• 從業者委員，以及• 社區委員。
