2. Sealed tenders in duplicate duly siSned by tenderers should be submitted in two p rrts [i e' part-l

relating to Technical and commercial Part and Part-ll relatinS to price part). The firm should submit

their offers in two separate envelopes duly sealed and super scribed on the top of ll e envelope as

tenderers failing to accept and execute the orders placed on them by the North Bihar Power

Distribution Co. Ltd, Patna, within the validity period of the tender, then full amo!nt ol security

deposit will be forfeited and the Company decision in this regard will be final and t inding on the

tender.
