CBBC arranged a series of events in Shanghai,

Nanjing, Hangzhou and Guangzhou in November 2016,

under high-profile ‘Food is GREAT’ campaign,

including market briefings, product showcase and

networking receptions, retail outlet visits, 1-2-1

business meetings for the exhibitors to the UK pavilion

at FHC Shanghai and the delegates of the DIT food

and drink mission.

The CBBC have been an extremely useful resource to Ella’s Kitchen as a business as our focus on the Chinese market has ramped over the last 2 years. Their team of experts are well positioned to validate our ideas for expansion into the market, particularly surrounding routes to market, strategy by channel and partner selection. The CBBC’s ability to network us with their other members, has been really valuable, and we have made specific decisions with regards to our brand development as a result of discussing our ideas and taking the learnings from other brands within the CBBC network.
