● CPC is currently in the process of creating a Leadershape Scholarship for those who have been accepted to the program, so be on the lookout.

● Continue to contact your GSAP Evaluators● Slate is on March 31st @ 7pm in the Greek Life Office. All senior and junior delegates must be

present. If you are running for a position we will ask that you not attend slate.● Letters of Intent and two letters of recommendation are due March 30th by midnight to my inbox

(abakhaus@emich.edu) for all those intending to run for CPC executive board.● Keep talking to CPC executive officers about their positions!● We will be having speakers from CAPS come to our next CPC meeting on March 24th talk about

suicide prevention and intervention.

● Thanks for everyone who participated in Panhellenic pride week, it made my heart so happy with all the posts and such the large representation of seeing women on campus wearing letters/badges

● Greek Awards: please keep nominating, the more the merrier! The link will be found in the minutes :)

● Seniors: don't forget to be on the lookout for 6 word sentences on your Greek life experience (aka chapter presidents need to be emailing josh or I the list of graduating/people going alumn)

● Bills have been sent out and due on the 24th of March by the end of our meeting ● fun fact: did you know your iPhone will last longer if you restart your phone once a week as well

keep your battery percentage above 20 percent? ● Also thank you so much to everyone who went to the basketball game on Monday, the head of

the athletic department has reached out to us thanking us for all the participation we gave and how awesome the game was! So yay for Greek life, and let's keep up the positive PR! :)

Member at Large: ● IFC is holding nominations ● Nate needs to know by Wednesday if you are participating in the Geek Wide Service Day for

Greek Week, it is from 10-2pm (also forms for liability) ● T-shirts have been designed for Greek week

Old Business: Recruitment Rules to Read:

○ The following rules will be in effect from Dissociation 2016- Bid Day 2016 ○ Section IV Gamma Rho Chi Selection, Subsection B

■ Read→ Gamma Rho Chi Infraction Wants to adopt as Section 4, Article C Head Gamma Rho Chi Duties as

“1. Participate in the selection process of Gamma Rho Chis, including generating interest, creating and disseminating applications and interviewing.

2. Must be trained on all ICS programming prior to structured recruitment.3. Should work as the liaison between Gamma Rho Chi groups and the VP of Membership.4. Complete all logistical duties required, which could include assisting PNMs as they travel between recruitment locations, explaining recruitment procedures, assisting with data entry, contacting PNMs who do not arrive on time, and so on.”
