Chng 1: vt liu kim loi 1.1. Tnh cht ca kim loi 1.1.1 Tnh cht ho hc Kim loi l cc nguyn t ho hc pha tri bng tun hon Menelep. Kim loi tham gia cc phn ng vi kim; Cu to nguyn t: lp in t ngoi cng d tch khi ht nhn tr thnh in t t do v nguyn t tr thnh ion dng. 2.4.2 Ho bn bng pha th 2 Nguyn l:

Dp tm l mt trong nhng phng php gia cng kim loi bng p lc ch to cc sn phm hoc chi tit t vt liu tm, hoc di, cun, bng m chiu dy ca phi t thay i hay thay i khng ng k trong qu trnh gia cng. 4.4 Thit b hn kh Thit b hn kh gm c : Bnh cha kh xy, bnh cha kh axetylen hoc bnh ch kh axetylen hoc cc bnh cha kh chy khc (bnh cha kh metan, ...). Van gim p bnh xy, van gim p bnh axetylen, kho bo him cho bnh ch kh axetylen, m hn, m ct, ng dn kh v mt s dng c km theo.122

4.4.1 Bnh cha khBnh cha kh c ch to t thp cc bon hay t thp hp kim bng phng php dp (dng cho cc loi bnh p sut cao) hoc hn dng cho bnh c p sut thp (bnh cha kh C2H2, NH3. Bnh cha kh thng c dung tch 40 lt. Bnh cha kh xy c p sut 100, 150 v 200 t . Cc loi kh chy nh hydro, mtan, nit, khng kh nn c th cho vo bnh p sut cao (100, 150, 200 t) ring bnh cha kh axetylen, amnic NH3 phi cho vo bnh c p sut thp. Bnh cha kh C2H2 thng c dung tch 40 lt v p sut ti a l 19 t, bn trong c cha bt xp v than hot tnh c tm axetol nhm chng n bnh (mt bnh cha khong 290 - 320 gam than, 225 - 230 gam axeton cho 1 lt bnh cha).
