Ion Chromatograph Ion chromatography, a new technolo­gy based on a unique combination of established techniques, is a very pow­erful analytical tool for the precise measurement of a large number of ionic species. It can be utilized rou­tinely in potable water analysis, waste water analysis, and industrial effluent monitoring. Easily employed to follow reactants and products in aqueous re­actions, it is an ideal technique for chemical and biochemical research. It is also well suited for industrial pro­cess control and for the assessment of product purity. UV-VIS Spectrophotometers The SP6 Series of spectrophotometers offers simplicity of operation with color-coded controls and analog or digital display of linear transmittance, absorbance, and concentration. A 1.0 A back-off facility enables the absorb­ance of samples above 2 A to be esti­mated without the need to dilute or change pathlength.
