1. Exhibition Closing, Removal/ Collection of valuable objects & exhibits
Post Show Dismantling of Stands
The trade show will close its doors on Monday, February
25 at 18:30. After that time, exhibitors and their staff
should ensure the safety of their exhibits. For that reason,
we suggest exhibitors should remain at their stands until
all trade show visitors have left the exhibition center. In
the meantime, exhibitors can pack and assemble their
exhibits at a corner of the stand. Exhibitors must take
with them all valuables (laptops, cellphones, tv screens,
coffee machines, etc.). Exhibitors who wish to remove
their exhibits during the evening of the same day, should
do it on their own means and no later than 01:00. Trucks
used by exhibitors will be able to approach the halls
only after 21:00. Until that time, trucks will remain at a
specified parking space (D ROAD), where they will be
guided by the parking personnel.
2. Stand Dismantling. Final removal of all exhibits
The next day (Tuesday 26/02/2019 at 07:00) all the doors
of the Halls will open for the removal of the exhibits
from all stands. From that time onwards, it becomes
practically impossible to safeguard the space and the
exhibits. Therefore, all exhibitors should have one person
from their staff at their stand at all times, until their
final departure. Exhibitors will have two (2) days at their
disposal for dismantling, from Tuesday 26/02/2019 (from
07:00 to 23:00) to Wednesday 27/02/2019 (from 07:00
to 23:00). During dismantling, 3 forklift trucks will be at
the exhibitors’ disposal, exclusively for the unloading
of their exhibits.

The 16th ARTOZA 2019 will once again take place at the METROPOLITAN EXPO exhibition center and it is expected to cover a total mixed exhibition area of 27,000 m2. More than 270 exhibitors are expected to take part in ARTOZA 2017 with stands distributed throughout the three exhibition halls (Halls 2, 3 & 4). There will be no
grouping of exhibitor products by category so that visitors will be able find all items of interest (raw materials, machines, supplies, readymade products, packaging materials, etc.) in each hall. The exhibition will operate with one entrance (see diagram). Finally, all of ARTOZA’s parallel events will take place in specially designed areas in Hall 2.
