Cabot, the world's largest manufacturer of flame process pig- ments, will bring a newflamechloride T1O2 plant on stream this year. This plant, locat- ed in Ashtabula, Ohio,will utilize Cabot's ex- tensive background in flame technology to produce superior titanium pigments for the paint, paper, plastics, rubber and ceramic industries.
