CWD Response Plan Implementation and Progress Summary: 2019 1 4/28/20 α Progress Status A All counties identified will receive a message on CWD sampling and carcass movement. Columbia and Dane will have TB specific message. DNR brochure updated and distributed to staff statewide prior to 9-day gun season. Looked into billboards but will not be pursuing this at this time. Ran saturated digital ad campaign across NOD and statewide. Several videos on CWD for web and social media. News releases, email marketing, social media, and paid media will be used in CWD communication plan. CWD and carcass movement regs included on the interactive hunting season DMU map.
