molecules based on crystallographic data of PDB. Runs on

• “amyl_3D” – Proteins’ model reconstruction software,
with the ability to mark high packing density areas and
amyloid prone regions, which are responsible for amyloid
fibrils’ formation that cause neurodegenerative diseases.
• “MFM, Magnetic Field Mapping Manager, Version
1.0.0” for DOS operating system. Software which
controls the automatic device of IASA making use of
GPIB bus and scientific instruments
• “Transform 2.0”, Utility which converts the MFM
protocol magnetic field data files to MFF, MFT ASCII
data type files, ready to be loaded in MathCAD, Excel
e.t.c. (Windows)

• “RaceTRACK Version 1.0.1”, magnetic field
visualising application which produces 2D contour
plots, 3D plots, correction operations and the ability of
charged particle’s motion emulation in the mapped
magnetic field. Contains build-in 3D machine

• “ΘΑΛΗΣ Version 1.0.0”, Under construction
application which reconstructs the magnetic field lines
of a magnetic field - which was scanned in 2D slices –
in 3D space (Windows).
• “PHP Script Builder Version 1.0.0”, Under Development.
Application which provides an intergraded environment to
easily build PHP web scripts.
