The other is to inhibit the automatic print and reset, and control the printing sequence manually, so as to integrate over the whole, or a selected part of the sample. Positional resolution is controlled by a slot which can be adjusted to à", i", Y or 1" width. Eight scanning speeds range from 3" per hour to 64" per hour, and the integrated count is printed over unit lengths of paper adjustable between i" and 1". Three different G.M. tubes are available: (a) Normal end window, sealed. Type 2B2 (2 mg/cm 2 ) (b) Ultra-thin end window. Type WF8. (c) Windowless. Type WF10.
