Sterile filters

The UFP-SRF is a wounded depth filter with inner and outer guard end caps made ofstainless steel.Consisting of a three-dimensional borosilicate depth media, the UFP-SRF achievesa void volume of 95 %, ensuring a high containment capacity at high flow rates and lowdifferential pressure. A retention rate of > 99.99998 % related to 0.2 μm isachieved during operation.

All components meet the FDA requirements for the contact with foodin accordance with the CFRrequirements (code of federal regulations) title 21and EC/1935/2004.

Sintered metal filtersThe sintered metal filter is designed for removalof particles from gases, liquids and steam.The sintered metal filters consists of aregenerable weld-less filter pipe madefrom sintered stainless steel. The retentionrate extend from 1 μm to 25 μm.

Consisting of a three-dimensional borosilicate glass Deep Media.The UFP-BE achieves a pore volume of 95%, which means high containmentat high flow velocities and low differential pressure.A retention rate of> 99.999% @ 0.01 µm.Tilte 21 for food contact in accordance with CFR requirements.All components meet FDA requirements.

Adsorption dryersIf a dew point below 2-3°C (less than 6-7 g/m³) is required, the use of an adsorption dryer is required. Adsorption dryers deliver pressure dew points from -20°C to -70°C.

We offer a large range of absorption dryers:• 8 types Cold regenerating dryers (heatless)• 4 types Heat adsorption dryers.• Compact systems to custom industrial solutions.• Flow from 7m3/hr up to 9.500m3/hr

Membrane dryerA membrane dryer is the right choice if you want to dry the air with a low volume throughput. Membrane dryers are mostly used as terminal dryers and deliver dew points from +15°C to -40°C.

• 14 different sizes with capacities between 2 and 180 m3/h (with adew point reduction of 15°C) ensure a perfect adaptation to therequired flow rate.

• Each membrane dryer is equipped with a calibrated airpurification mixer. No further adjustments are necessary.

• Due to the non-fiber-releasing membrane, membrane dryers aresuitable for medical applications.

Oil-water separatorOur compressed air condensate separator was developed to separate all types of compressed air condensate. Compressed air condensate mixtures, as well as stable emulsions, generated by mineral, semi and fully synthetic compressor oils, are easily and safely separated by our Oil-water separators.
