Teleunicom SA belongs to Kristelcom Communications Group of Companies.

KRISTELCOM Group of Companies operates in Greece and Cyprus through its 100% subsidiaries Teleunicom and Globalsat. Kristelcom’s shareholders are AVE and BP Communications.

AVE is a Company of Vardinogiannis Group’s shareholders’ interests, and is a major player in the entertainment industry. Through the agreement with Kristelcom Group, AUDIOVISUAL enters the rapidly evolving field of mobile telephony and technology.

Teleunicom and Globalsat are a group of companies that distribute technology products, home appliances and office automation. More specifically, they are active in the distribution of mobile telephony and IT products, as well as small domestic appliances, video and audio devices.

Both companies cooperate, in most cases, exclusively with the largest manufacturers of technology products whose products distribute in the Greek and Cypriot market through their network of associates. Indicative brands that KRISTELCOM group represents are: Samsung, Huawei, Sony, Lenovo, Celly, Sencor, Lamart, Yenkee, Fieldman, Sage and others.

The Group is also active in the telecommunications trading market leveraging its exclusive connections and experience in the European, Middle East Asian and African marketplace.

Kristelcom Communications Group

TeleUnicom was founded in 1995 and since its start is active in the distribution of mobile products.

2009 was a pivotal year for TeleUnicom as long as its successful and long lasting collaboration with Sony Mobile led to the consolidation of the two companies’ partnership. TeleUnicom was mutually agreed to be the official and exclusive representative of Sony Mobile in the Greek and Cypriot market.

In April 2017 the company takes upon the distribution of the top Huawei products; smartphones, full range of accessories and tablet portfolio, to its partners’ network in Greece.

Telunicom is the official distributor of Huawei brand in Cyprus as well.

The company’s twenty years of experience in the telecommunication industry, its commercial and technology oriented personnel, as well as the high level of support that offers to its partners have positioned the company at the top of the market. TeleUnicom is proud of its partnerships since all telecom operators as well as all the leading retail electronic chains trust and cooperate with the company in both Greece and Cyprus market.

Jan 2017: TeleUnicom Cyprus undertakes the distribution of Huawei smartphones and technology accessories in the Cypriot market. Apr 2017: TeleUnicom takes upon the official distribution of the top Huawei smartphones, tablets & accessories in the Greek market.
