ΟΓΗΓΙΔ ΓΙΑ ΣΗΝ ΔΙΑΓΧΓΗ ΣΗΝ ΣΡΙΣΟΒΑΘΜΙΑ ΔΚΠΑΙΓΔΤΗ ΣΗ ΔΛΛΑΓΑ

ΜΔΛΧΝ ΣΗ Δ.Δ. ΜΗ ΔΛΛΗΝΙΚΗ ΚΑΣΑΓΧΓH

χκθσλα κε ηε κε αξηζ. Φ. 151/20049/Β6/20.02.2007 (ΦΔΚ 272B/01-03-07) Τπνπξγηθή Απφθαζε φπσο ηξνπνπνηήζεθε θαη ηζρχεη, πξνβιέπνληαη δηάθνξεο θαηεγνξίεο ππνςεθίσλ γηα ηνπο νπνίνπο ηζρχνπλ εηδηθέο δηαηάμεηο γηα ηελ εηζαγσγή ηνπο ζηελ Σξηηνβάζκηα Δθπαίδεπζε ηεο ρψξαο καο. Γχν απφ απηέο ηηο θαηεγνξίεο είλαη: A) νη Αιινδαπνί-Αιινγελείο (Απφθνηηνη Λπθείσλ εθηφο Δ.Δ.) θαη B) νη Απφθνηηνη Λπθείσλ ή αληίζηνηρσλ ζρνιείσλ Κξαηψλ-Μειψλ ηεο Δ.Δ. κε Διιεληθήο Καηαγσγήο. Ο ππνςήθηνο κπνξεί λα ππαρζεί ζε κηα απφ ηηο αλσηέξσ θαηεγνξίεο, εθφζνλ δελ έρεη ειιεληθή θαηαγσγή ν ίδηνο θαη θαλέλαο απφ ηνπο δχν γνλείο ηνπ.

ΠΡΟΟΥΗ: Οη ππνςήθηνη ησλ αλσηέξσ θαηεγνξηψλ πνπ είλαη απφθνηηνη ειιεληθνχ ζρνιείνπ πνπ ιεηηνπξγεί ζηελ Διιάδα δελ έρνπλ δηθαίσκα εηζαγσγήο ζηελ Σξηηνβάζκηα Δθπαίδεπζε κε ηηο δηαηάμεηο απηέο (Φ.151/41977/Β6/6.04.2011 ΦΔΚ 832Β/12.05.2011).

ΗΜΔΙΧΗ: Οη ππνςήθηνη ησλ αλσηέξσ θαηεγνξηψλ δελ ζα έρνπλ δηθαίσκα εηζαγσγήο ζηελ Σξηηνβάζκηα Δθπαίδεπζε κε ηηο δηαηάμεηο απηέο, αλ έρνπλ ήδε εηζαρζεί κε ηελ ελ ιφγσ θαηεγνξία θαη έρνπλ απνθηήζεη πηπρίν Σξηηνβάζκηαο Δθπαίδεπζεο ηεο Διιάδαο.

Δπίζεο, νη ππνςήθηνη ησλ αλσηέξσ θαηεγνξηψλ πνπ έρνπλ εηζαρζεί ζε ζρνιή ή ηκήκα κπνξνχλ λα ππνβάινπλ λέα αίηεζε-κεραλνγξαθηθφ δειηίν γηα αιιαγή ζρνιήο ή ηκήκαηνο κέρξη θαη ην

ακέζσο επφκελν έηνο απφ απηφ ηεο πξψηεο εηζαγσγήο ηνπο ζε ζρνιή ή ηκήκα ζρνιήο.

ΠΡΟΟΥΗ: ΟΙ ΗΜΔΡΟΜΗΝΙΔ ΤΠΟΒΟΛΗ ΣΗ ΗΛΔΚΣΡΟΝΙΚΗ ΑΙΣΗΗ-ΜΗΥΑΝΟΓΡΑΦΙΚΟΤ ΓΔΛΣΙΟΤ ΑΠΟ ΣΟΤ ΤΠΟΦΗΦΙΟΤ ΘΑ ΓΝΧΣΟΠΟΙΗΘΟΤΝ ΜΔ ΝΔΟΣΔΡΗ ΔΓΚΤΚΛΙΟ ΣΗΝ ΙΣΟΔΛΙΓΑ ΣΟΤ ΤΠ. ΠΟΛΙΣΙΜΟΤ ΠΑΙΓΔΙΑ ΚΑΙ ΘΡΗΚΔΤΜΑΣΧΝ: www.minedu.gov.gr

ΑΠΑΙΣΟΤΜΔΝΑ ΓΙΚΑΙΟΛΟΓΗΣΙΚΑ α) Tίηινο απφιπζεο επηθπξσκέλνο απφ ηελ αξκφδηα εθπαηδεπηηθή αξρή ηεο ρψξαο ηνπ ππνςεθίνπ. ΗΜΔΙΧΗ: Γελ γίλνληαη δεθηνί νη ηίηινη δεπηεξνβάζκηαο εθπαίδεπζεο ηνπ εμσηεξηθνχ πνπ έρνπλ απνθηεζεί δη’ αιιεινγξαθίαο. β) Βεβαίσζε ηεο κέζεο γεληθήο βαζκνινγίαο ηνπ απνιπηεξίνπ ηνπ, ε νπνία λα έρεη εθδνζεί απφ ην Τπνπξγείν Παηδείαο ή απφ ηελ αξκφδηα Δθπαηδεπηηθή Αξρή ηεο ρψξαο ηνπ ή απφ ηελ Πξεζβεία ηεο ρψξαο απηήο ζηελ Διιάδα. Ζ κέζε γεληθή βαζκνινγία πξέπεη λα εθθξάδεηαη ζε εηθνζάβαζκε (0-20) θιίκαθα, κε άξηζηα ην 20 θαη ειάρηζην ην 0. (ππφδεηγκα II). Γηα ηνπο θαηφρνπο απνιπηεξίνπ Λπθείνπ ηεο Κππξηαθήο Γεκνθξαηίαο απαηηείηαη Βεβαίσζε Πξφζβαζεο κε ην γεληθφ βαζκφ. γ) Βεβαίσζε ηεο αξκφδηαο εθπαηδεπηηθήο ή δηπισκαηηθήο αξρήο ηεο νηθείαο ρψξαο, απφ ηελ νπνία λα πξνθχπηεη φηη ν ηίηινο δεπηεξνβάζκηαο εθπαίδεπζεο πνπ θαηέρεη ν ππνςήθηνο ηνπ παξέρεη ηε δπλαηφηεηα εηζαγσγήο ζηα Αλψηαηα Δθπαηδεπηηθά Ηδξχκαηα ηεο ρψξαο απηήο (ππφδεηγκα III). Ζ ελ ιφγσ βεβαίσζε δελ απαηηείηαη γηα ηνπο θαηφρνπο απνιπηεξίνπ Λπθείνπ ηεο Κππξηαθήο Γεκνθξαηίαο. δ) Βεβαίσζε ηεο αξκφδηαο εθπαηδεπηηθήο ή δηπισκαηηθήο αξρήο ηεο νηθείαο ρψξαο, απφ ηελ νπνία λα πξνθχπηεη ε ρψξα, ην πξφγξακκα ζπνπδψλ ηεο νπνίαο αθνινπζεί ην ζρνιείν απνθνίηεζεο ηνπ ππνςεθίνπ (ππφδεηγκα IV). Ζ ελ ιφγσ βεβαίσζε δελ απαηηείηαη γηα ηνπο θαηφρνπο απνιπηεξίνπ Λπθείνπ ηεο Κππξηαθήο Γεκνθξαηίαο. ε) Βεβαίσζε ηεο αξκφδηαο εθπαηδεπηηθήο ή δηπισκαηηθήο αξρήο ηεο νηθείαο ρψξαο απφ ηελ νπνία λα πξνθχπηεη φηη ν ππνςήθηνο έρεη θνηηήζεη κε πιήξε θνίηεζε ηελ ηειεπηαία ηάμε ηνπ Λπθείνπ ή ηνπ αληίζηνηρνπ ζρνιείνπ ζηε ρψξα απνθνίηεζήο ηνπ, δειαδή ν καζεηήο λα έρεη παξαθνινπζήζεη ηα νηθεία καζήκαηα απφ ηελ έλαξμε ηνπ δηδαθηηθνχ έηνπο θαη θαζ’ φιε ηε δηάξθεηά ηνπ. (ππφδεηγκα V) ζη) Βεβαίσζε πνπ λα δείρλεη ηελ θαηαγσγή ηνπ ππνςεθίνπ θαη ησλ γνλέσλ ηνπ. (Να πξνθχπηεη ζαθψο φηη θαλέλαο απφ απηνχο δελ έρεη ειιεληθή θαηαγσγή). (ππφδεηγκα I)

δ) Γχν κηθξνχ κεγέζνπο θσηνγξαθίεο ηνπ ππνςεθίνπ. ε) Δπθξηλέο θσηναληίγξαθν ηνπ δηαβαηεξίνπ (VISA) ή ηεο άδεηαο παξακνλήο αλ ν ππνςήθηνο δηακέλεη ζηελ Διιάδα. ζ) Τπεχζπλε δήισζε φηη ν ππνςήθηνο : i. δελ είλαη απφθνηηνο ειιεληθνχ ζρνιείνπ πνπ ιεηηνπξγεί ζηελ Διιάδα, ii.δελ είλαη θάηνρνο πηπρίνπ ζρνιήο ή ηκήκαηνο ηεο Σξηηνβάζκηαο Δθπαίδεπζεο ηεο Διιάδαο θαη iii. δελ έρεη εηζαρζεί ζε ζρνιή ή ηκήκα ηεο Αλψηαηεο Δθπ/ζεο ηεο Διιάδαο ην έηνο 2013 ή πξνγελέζηεξα. Οη ππνςήθηνη θάηνρνη απνιπηεξίνπ Λπθείνπ ηεο Κππξηαθήο Γεκνθξαηίαο, δειψλνπλ ππεχζπλα φηη θαηέρνπλ βεβαίσζε πξφζβαζεο ηνπ ηξέρνληνο έηνπο.

Όια ηα δηθαηνινγεηηθά πνπ εθδίδνληαη απφ μέλε ππεξεζία (ζρνιείν, άιιε εθπαηδεπηηθή αξρή θ.ιπ.) πξέπεη λα είλαη: - Δπηθπξσκέλα γηα ηε γλεζηφηεηα ηεο ππνγξαθήο απηνχ πνπ ηα ππνγξάθεη απφ ειιεληθή δηπισκαηηθή αξρή ζην εμσηεξηθφ ή απφ δηπισκαηηθή αξρή ηεο μέλεο ρψξαο ζηελ Διιάδα (Πξνμεληθή Θεψξεζε) κε επηθχξσζε ηνπ Τπνπξγείνπ Δμσηεξηθψλ ηεο Διιάδαο -Γηθαηνινγεηηθά, πηζηνπνηεηηθά ζπνπδψλ θ.ιπ., πνπ έρνπλ εθδνζεί απφ ηηο ρψξεο: Αγ. Βηθέληηνο & Γξελαδίλεο, Άγηνο Μαξίλνο, Αδεξκπατηδάλ, Αλδφξα, Αληίγθνπα & Μπαξκπνχληα, Αξγεληηλή, Αξκελία, Απζηξαιία, Απζηξία, Βαλνπάηνπ, Βέιγην, Βελεδνπέια, Βνζλία θαη Δξδεγνβίλε, Βνπιγαξία, Γαιιία, Γεξκαλία, Γξελάδα, Γαλία, Γνκηλίθα, Γνκηληθαλή Γεκνθξαηία, Δθνπαδφξ (Ηζεκεξηλφο), Δι αιβαδφξ, Διβεηία, Δζζνλία, Ζ.Π.Α., Ζλσκέλν Βαζίιεην Μεγ. Βξεηαλίαο θαη Βνξ. Ηξιαλδίαο, Ηαπσλία, Ηλδία, Ηξιαλδία, Ηζιαλδία, Ηζπαλία, Ηζξαήι, Ηηαιία, Καδαθζηάλ, Κίλα (κφλν ε δηνηθεηηθή πεξηθέξεηα ηνπ Υνλγθ Κνλγθ θαη ηνπ Μαθάν), Κνινκβία, Κνξέα, Κφζηα Ρίθα, Κξναηία, Λεζφζν, Λεηνλία, Λεπθνξσζία, Ληβεξία, Ληζνπαλία, Ληρηελζηάηλ, Λνπμεκβνχξγν, Μαιάνπη, Μάιηα, Μαπξίθηνο, Μαπξνβνχλην, Μεμηθφ, Μνιδαβία, Μνλαθφ, Μπαξκπάληνο, Μπαράκεο, Μπειηδέ, Μπνηζνπάλα, Μπξνπλέη-Νηαξνπζαιάκ, Νακίκπηα, Νέα Εειαλδία, Νεζηά Κνπθ, Νεζηά Μάξζαι, Νηνχε, Ννξβεγία, Νφηηνο Αθξηθή, Οιιαλδία, Οκάλ, Ολδνχξα, Οπγγαξία, Οπθξαλία, Παλακάο, Πνισλία, Πνξηνγαιία, Πξάζηλν Αθξσηήξην, Πξψελ Γηνπγθνζιαβηθή Γεκνθξαηία ηεο Μαθεδνλίαο, Ρνπκαλία, Ρσζηθή Οκνζπνλδία, ακφα, αηλη Κηηο & Νέηβηο, άληα Λνπηζία, άν Σφκε & Πξίλζηπε, εξβία, ευρέιιεο, ινβαθία, ινβελία, νπαδηιάλδε, νπεδία, νπξηλάκ, Σφγθα, Σνπξθία, Σξηληληάλη & Σνκπάγθν, Σζερία, Φηλιαλδία, Φίηδη δε ρξεηάδεηαη λα έρνπλ επηθπξσζεί γηα ηε γλεζηφηεηά ηνπο απφ ειιεληθή δηπισκαηηθή αξρή ζην εμσηεξηθφ, κε ηελ πξνυπφζεζε, φκσο, φηη ζηα έγγξαθα απηά ζα ππάξρεη επηζεκείσζε, πνπ πξνβιέπνπλ ηα άξζξα 3 θαη 4 ηεο ζχκβαζεο ηεο Υάγεο (APOSTILLE) ηεο 5εο Οθησβξίνπ 1961 απφ ηηο αξκφδηεο γηα ην ζθνπφ απηφ αξρέο, πνπ ζχκθσλα κε ηηο δηαηάμεηο ηνπ άξζξνπ 6 ηεο ίδηαο χκβαζεο, ππνρξεψλεηαη λα νξίζεη ην θάζε ζπκβαιιφκελν Κξάηνο.

Γη΄ απηφ, νη ππνςήθηνη πνπ πξνζθνκίδνπλ δηθαηνινγεηηθά απφ ηηο αλσηέξσ ρψξεο, πξέπεη λα δεηνχλ απφ ηελ αξκφδηα ππεξεζία ηεο ρψξαο ηνπο λα βάδνπλ ζην έγγξαθν ηελ απαηηνχκελε επηζεκείσζε.

Γηα ηελ ππνβνιή θαη επηθχξσζε ηίηισλ, πηζηνπνηεηηθψλ θαη βεβαηψζεσλ, ηζρχνπλ ηα πξνβιεπφκελα ζην άξζξν 1 ηνπ Ν.4250/2014 (ΦΔΚ 74/η.Α΄/26.3.2014):

Σίηινη, πηζηνπνηεηηθά θαη βεβαηψζεηο ηεο αιινδαπήο ππνβάιινληαη θαη

γίλνληαη ππνρξεσηηθά απνδεθηά ζε επθξηλέο θσηναληίγξαθν απφ ην επηθπξσκέλν φκσο, απφ δηθεγφξν, αληίγξαθν ηνπ πξσηνηχπνπ θαη απαξαηηήησο πξέπεη λα ζπλνδεχνληαη απφ επίζεκε κεηάθξαζή ηνπο ζηελ ειιεληθή γιψζζα, ε νπνία ζα ππνβάιιεηαη ζε απιφ επθξηλέο θσηναληίγξαθν απφ ην πξσηφηππν πνπ εθδίδεη ε κεηαθξαζηηθή ππεξεζία.

Σα αιινδαπά έγγξαθα, ηα νπνία, ζχκθσλα κε ηελ αξ.233/2000

Γλσκνδφηεζε ηνπ Ν..Κ. γηα λα γίλνπλ δεθηά απφ ηηο ειιεληθέο δηνηθεηηθέο αξρέο, ζα πξέπεη λα θέξνπλ ζην πξσηφηππν ηελ επηζεκείσζε ηεο χκβαζεο ηεο Υάγεο ή ηελ Πξνμεληθή Θεψξεζε, απηά ππνβάιινληαη ζηε Γηνίθεζε ζε απιφ, επθξηλέο θσηναληίγξαθν απφ ην επηθπξσκέλν φκσο, απφ δηθεγφξν, αληίγξαθν ηνπ πξσηνηχπνπ.

Γηθαηνινγεηηθά απφ μέλε αξρή πνπ δελ ζα είλαη επηθπξσκέλα γηα ηε

γλεζηφηεηά ηνπο δελ ζα γίλνληαη δεθηά απφ ηηο Γξακκαηείεο ησλ ζρνιψλ ή ηκεκάησλ ηεο Σξηηνβάζκηαο Δθπαίδεπζεο, νη νπνίεο έρνπλ ηελ επζχλε γηα ηνλ έιεγρν ησλ εγγξάθσλ θαηά ηε δηαδηθαζία εγγξαθήο ησλ επηηπρφλησλ.

Σνλίδεηαη φηη ε ππνβνιή απιψλ, επαλάγλσζησλ θσηναληηγξάθσλ,

επέρεη ζέζε ππεχζπλεο δήισζεο ηνπ ππνςεθίνπ, πεξί ηεο αθξίβεηαο θαη εγθπξφηεηαο ησλ ππνβαιιφκελσλ θσηναληηγξάθσλ θαη επνκέλσο εμηζψλεηαη κε ηελ ππεχζπλε δήισζε ηνπ Ν.1599/1986.

Δάλ δηαπηζησζεί θαηά ηνλ ππνρξεσηηθφ ή άιιν έιεγρν φηη

ππνβιήζεθαλ αιινησκέλα θσηναληίγξαθα, εθηφο απφ ηηο θπξψζεηο πνπ πξνβιέπνληαη ζηελ παξ. 6 ηνπ άξζξνπ 22 ηνπ λ. 1599/1986 θαη πνπ επηβάιινληαη ζηνλ ελδηαθεξφκελν, εθφζνλ ε πξάμε απηή δελ ηηκσξείηαη απζηεξφηεξα απφ άιιε πνηληθή δηάηαμε, ε δηνηθεηηθή ή άιιε πξάμε, γηα ηελ έθδνζε ηεο νπνίαο ππνβιήζεθαλ ηα θσηναληίγξαθα απηά, αλαθαιείηαη ακέζσο.

Ζ επίζεκε κεηάθξαζε φισλ ησλ δηθαηνινγεηηθψλ γίλεηαη απφ αξκφδηα θαηά λφκν αξρή ηνπ Τπνπξγείνπ Δμσηεξηθψλ ή ηελ Πξεζβεία ή ην Πξνμελείν ηεο μέλεο ρψξαο ζηελ Διιάδα ή απφ ηελ ειιεληθή δηπισκαηηθή αξρή ζην εμσηεξηθφ

χκθσλα κε ηνλ λέν «Κψδηθα Γηθεγφξσλ» (άξζξν 36, Ν.4194/2013-ΦΔΚ 208/η.Α΄/27.09.2013), κεηαθξάζεηο μελφγισζζσλ εγγξάθσλ πνπ γίλνληαη απφ δηθεγφξν (κεηά ηε 27-09-2013) γίλνληαη δεθηέο εθφζνλ ν δηθεγφξνο βεβαηψλεη φηη ν ίδηνο έρεη επαξθή γλψζε ηεο μέλεο γιψζζαο απφ θαη πξνο ηελ νπνία κεηέθξαζε.

Σα δηθαηνινγεηηθά πνπ πξνέξρνληαη απφ μέλα ζρνιεία πνπ ιεηηνπξγνχλ ζηελ Διιάδα πξέπεη λα είλαη επηθπξσκέλα γηα ηε γλεζηφηεηά ηνπο θαη ηε λνκηκφηεηα ιεηηνπξγίαο ησλ ζρνιείσλ απηψλ απφ ηε Γ/λζε

Γεπηεξνβάζκηαο Δθπαίδεπζεο ηεο Διιάδαο ζηελ νπνία ππάγεηαη ην μέλν ζρνιείν. ΠΡΟΟΥΗ: Οη ππνςήθηνη θάηνρνη απνιπηεξίνπ Λπθείνπ ηεο Κππξηαθήο Γεκνθξαηίαο, αλεμάξηεηα ηνπ ηφπνπ θαηνηθίαο, γηα ηε ζπκκεηνρή ηνπο ζηελ ελ ιφγσ θαηεγνξία ππνβάιινπλ, ηελ αίηεζε-κεραλνγξαθηθφ δειηίν ΜΟΝΟ ζηα Κέληξα πγθέληξσζεο Αηηήζεσλ πνπ ζα ιεηηνπξγήζνπλ εηδηθά γηα απηφλ ην ζθνπφ ζηελ ΚΤΠΡΟ θαη αθνινπζνχλ ηηο νδεγίεο, ζρεηηθά κε ηηο εκεξνκελίεο, ηνλ ηφπν θαη ηελ δηαδηθαζία ππνβνιήο ηεο αίηεζεο-κεραλνγξαθηθνχ δειηίνπ θαη ησλ απαξαίηεησλ δηθαηνινγεηηθψλ, πνπ ζα νξηζηνχλ κε ηελ θξνληίδα ηεο αξκφδηαο ππεξεζίαο ηνπ Τπνπξγείνπ Παηδείαο θαη Πνιηηηζκνχ ηεο Κχπξνπ (Πιεξνθνξίεο: Λεπθσζία, Τπνπξγείν Παηδείαο & Πνιηηηζκνχ: 22806360 & 22800931) ΗΜΔΙΧΗ 1: Γηα ηα πξνγξάκκαηα ζπνπδψλ ησλ Αλψηαησλ Δθθιεζηαζηηθψλ Αθαδεκηψλ, νη ππνςήθηνη πξέπεη λα είλαη ρξηζηηαλνί νξζφδνμνη. ηα πξνγξάκκαηα ηεξαηηθψλ ζπνπδψλ γίλνληαη δεθηνί ΜΟΝΟ άξξελεο ππνςήθηνη.

ΥΡΗΙΜΔ ΠΛΗΡΟΦΟΡΙΔ ΓΙΑ ΑΤΣΟΤ ΠΟΤ ΔΠΙΛΔΓΟΝΣΑΙ 1. Ζ επηινγή απηψλ πνπ εηζάγνληαη ζηηο ρνιέο ή ζηα Σκήκαηα γίλεηαη κε απφθαζε ηνπ Τπνπξγνχ Πνιηηηζκνχ, Παηδείαο θαη Θξεζθεπκάησλ. Σα ηκήκαηα θαη νη ζρνιέο πνπ εηζάγνληαη νη ππνςήθηνη αλαγξάθνληαη ζην κεραλνγξαθηθφ δειηίν ππνςεθίνπ. 2. Οη ππνςήθηνη εηζάγνληαη ρσξίο εηζαγσγηθέο εμεηάζεηο θαη κε θξηηήξην επηινγήο ην γεληθφ βαζκφ πξφζβαζεο γηα ηνπο θαηφρνπο απνιπηεξίνπ Λπθείνπ ηεο Κππξηαθήο Γεκνθξαηίαο ή ην βαζκφ απνιπηεξίνπ γηα ηνπο ππνςεθίνπο άιισλ ρσξψλ.

3. Οη ππνςήθηνη, πνπ ζα εηζαρζνχλ ζε ρνιή ή Σκήκα, γηα λα εγγξαθνχλ πξέπεη λα έρνπλ βεβαίσζε ησλ Παλεπηζηεκίσλ Αζήλαο, Θεζζαινλίθεο ή πηζηνπνηεηηθφ ηνπιάρηζηνλ επηπέδνπ Β2 (Γ΄) ηνπ Κέληξνπ Διιεληθήο Γιψζζαο φηη γλσξίδεη ηελ ειιεληθή γιψζζα. Αλ θάπνηνο ππνςήθηνο δελ έρεη ηε βεβαίσζε απηή, κπνξεί λα θάλεη ηελ εγγξαθή ηνπ ηνλ ακέζσο επφκελν ρξφλν απφ ηελ εηζαγσγή ηνπ, αθνχ ζα έρεη απνθηήζεη ηε βεβαίσζε απηή. ε αληίζεηε πεξίπησζε, ν εηζαγφκελνο ράλεη ην δηθαίσκα εγγξαθήο ηνπ.

Οη εμεηάζεηο γηα ηελ απφθηεζε ηνπ πηζηνπνηεηηθνχ γλψζεο ηεο

ειιεληθήο γιψζζαο ζηελ Αζήλα γίλνληαη πεξίπνπ θαηά ηνπο κήλεο Μάην θαη επηέκβξην ζην Γηδαζθαιείν Νέαο Διιεληθήο Γιψζζαο ηνπ Δ. Κ. Παλεπηζηεκίνπ Αζήλαο (Παλεπηζηεκηνχπνιε Εσγξάθνπ, ηει. 210 7277672 / 7277971), ελψ ζηε Θεζ/ληθε ζην ρνιείν Νέαο Διιεληθήο Γιψζζαο ηνπ Αξηζηνηειείνπ Παλεπηζηεκίνπ Θεζζαινλίθεο (ηει. 2310 997571-2) ηνπο κήλεο Ηνχλην θαη Οθηψβξην. Οη εμεηάζεηο ηνπ Κέληξνπ Διιεληθήο Γιψζζαο γηα ην επίπεδν Β2 δηελεξγνχληαη θάζε Μάην (www.greeklanguage.gr/certification).

Γηα πεξηζζφηεξεο πιεξνθνξίεο ζρεηηθά κε ηελ εμέηαζε ή κε ηελ εκεξνκελία εμέηαζεο ηεο γιψζζαο, νη ππνςήθηνη πξέπεη λα απεπζχλνληαη, έλα κήλα λσξίηεξα ηνπιάρηζηνλ ζην Παλεπηζηήκην Αζήλαο, Θεζζαινλίθεο ή ζην Κέληξν Διιεληθήο Γιψζζαο, ψζηε λα κε ράλνπλ ηελ πξνζεζκία εμέηαζεο ηεο γιψζζαο ή λα πξνιαβαίλνπλ ηπρφλ αιιαγέο ζηηο εκεξνκελίεο εμέηαζεο.

Η βεβαίσζε γηα ηε γλψζε ηεο ειιεληθήο γιψζζαο δελ απαηηείηαη, αλ νη εηζαγφκελνη έρνπλ ηίηιν απφιπζεο απφ Κππξηαθφ Λχθεην ή ηίηιν απφιπζεο απφ μέλν ζρνιείν απφ ηνλ νπνίν πξνθχπηεη φηη έρνπλ δηδαρζεί θαη εμεηαζηεί επηηπρψο θαη ζην κάζεκα ηεο ειιεληθήο γιψζζαο. 4. Γηα λα γξαθηνχλ νη ππνςήθηνη ζε ρνιή ή Σκήκα φπνπ έρνπλ επηιεγεί, πξέπεη λα πεξάζνπλ απφ πγεηνλνκηθή εμέηαζε, ζχκθσλα κε ηνλ θαλνληζκφ πνπ ηζρχεη γηα θάζε ρνιή ή Σκήκα. 5. Οη αιινδαπνί – αιινγελείο, πνπ πξνέξρνληαη απφ ρψξεο κε κέιε ηεο Δ.Δ. θαη επηιέγνληαη ζηελ Σξηηνβάζκηα Δθπαίδεπζε ηεο Διιάδαο, πιεξψλνπλ δίδαθηξα, κε ηα νπνία θαιχπηεηαη έλα κηθξφ πνζνζηφ ησλ δαπαλψλ θνίηεζεο θαη ησλ δηδαθηηθψλ βηβιίσλ, πνπ ηνπο ρνξεγνχληαη. Γηα ην χςνο ησλ δαπαλψλ αλακέλεηαη ε έθδνζε ΚΤΑ.

6. Οη αιινδαπνί – αιινγελείο, πνπ δελ είλαη ππήθννη ρψξαο ηεο Δπξσπατθήο Έλσζεο, ζα πξέπεη λα γλσξίδνπλ επίζεο φηη ην Τπνπξγείν Πνιηηηζκνχ, Παηδείαο θαη Θξεζθεπκάησλ δελ έρεη αξκνδηφηεηα γηα ρνξήγεζε “VISA” ή άδεηαο παξακνλήο. Άδεηα παξακνλήο ρνξεγείηαη απφ ηηο αξκφδηεο ππεξεζίεο ησλ Πεξηθεξεηψλ ηεο ρψξαο καο (Γξαθεία Αιινδαπψλ θαη Μεηαλάζηεπζεο) κφλν ζε απηνχο πνπ ζα γίλνπλ δεθηνί ζηελ Σξηηνβάζκηα Δθπ/ζε ηεο ρψξαο καο θαη κε ηελ πξνυπφζεζε φηη δε ζπληξέρνπλ ιφγνη πνπ απνθιείνπλ ηε ρνξήγεζε ηεο άδεηαο απηήο.

Γηεπθξηλίδεηαη φηη κε βάζε ηελ ειιεληθή λνκνζεζία άξ. 31 ηνπ Ν. 3386/2005 (ΦΔΚ Α΄212) δε ζα ρνξεγείηαη ζην εμήο άδεηα παξακνλήο ζε αιινδαπφ ζηελ πεξίπησζε αιιαγήο ζρνιήο ή ηκήκαηνο γηα δεχηεξε θνξά.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ADMISSION TO HIGHER EDUCATION IN GREECE

OF THE FOLLOWING CATEGORIES: A) GRADUATES OF FOREIGN ORIGIN OF NON-E.U. LYCEUMS B) GRADUATES OF LYCEUMS OR EQUIVALENT SCHOOLS OF E.U.

MEMBER STATES WHO ARE OF NON-GREEK ORIGIN 1. According to the Ministerial Decision F.151/20049/Β6/20.02.2007 (FEK 272B/01-03-07), as modified and in effect today various categories of candidates can be admitted to Higher Education in Greece under special provisions. Two such categories are: A) Graduates of foreign origin of Non-E.U. Lyceums and B) Graduates of Lyceums or Equivalent Schools of E.U. Member States of non-Greek origin. Candidates belong to one of these categories on condition that neither they themselves nor their parents are of Greek origin. ATTENTION: Graduates of Greek secondary schools, which operate in Greece, are not entitled to apply for admission to Higher Education in Greece according to these specific provisions (Φ.151/41977/Β6/6.04.2011 ΦΔΚ832Β/12.05.2011).

NOTE: Candidates of the above-mentioned categories are not entitled to reapply if they have already been admitted and have acquired a Higher Education Degree in Greece according to the specific provisions.

In addition they can change Faculty or Department only once by submitting a new application entry form within the year following their first admission to a Faculty or Department.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

a) Graduation certificate, validated by the competent educational authority of the candidate’s country. NOTE: Graduation certificates that are acquired by distance are not accepted b) A certificate of his/her total marks average, issued either by the Ministry of Education or by the competent educational authority of the candidate’s country, or by the Embassy of his/her country in Greece. The total marks average should be issued on a 0-20 mark scale, 20 being the top mark and 0 the lowest mark (form II). An entry certificate with the total mark, required for holders of a graduation certificate from a Lyceum of the Republic of Cyprus. c) A certificate issued by the competent educational or diplomatic authority of the candidate’s country, confirming that his/her graduation certificate entitles him/her to enter a Higher Education Institution in his/her own country (form III). This certificate is not necessary for the holders of a graduation certificate from a Cypriot Lyceum. d) A certificate issued by the competent educational or diplomatic authority of the candidate’s country, confirming the country and the curriculum of the candidate’s graduation school (form IV). This certificate is not necessary for the holders of a graduation certificate from a Cypriot Lyceum. e) A certificate issued by the competent educational or diplomatic authority of the candidate’s country, confirming that he/she has fully attended the last year of a Lyceum or equivalent school in the country of his/her graduation, the student should have attended the school courses from beginning to end of the school year. (form V) f) A certificate showing not only the candidate's origin, but also his/her parents’ origin (it should be clearly confirmed that none of them is of Greek origin). (form I) g) Two small-size photographs of the candidate. h) A clearly printed photocopy of the candidate’s passport (VISA) or stay-permit, about the candidate’s legal presence in Greece

i) An official statement that the candidate: i. does not hold a graduation certificate of a Greek secondary school which operates in Greece ii. does not hold any degree of Greek Higher Education Faculty or Department and iii. has not been admitted to any Greek Higher Education Faculty or Department in the year 2013 or earlier. Candidates, holders of a graduation certificate from a Cypriot Lyceum formally state that they hold an entry certificate with the total mark of the current year.

All the documents issued by a foreign authority (school, educational authority, etc.) must be: -Validated for the signature authenticity of the undersigned person either by a Greek diplomatic authority abroad or by the diplomatic authority of the foreign country in Greece (in the latter case, these documents must be validated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Greece) -Documents which have been issued by the following countries: Andorra, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bulgaria, Barbados, Bahamas, Belarus, Belize, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Brunei-Darussalam, Cape Verde, Colombia, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Ecuador, Estonia, France, Finland, Fiji, FYROM, Germany, Grenada, Honduras, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Lesotho, Latvia, Liberia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein Luxembourg, Macao, Malawi, Malta, Marshall Islands, Mauritius, Mexico, Moldavia, Monaco, Montenegro, Namibia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Niue, Norway, Oman, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, South Africa, St. Lucia, San Marino, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Serbia, Samoa, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Sao Tome and Principe, Seychelles, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Surinam, Swaziland, Sweden, Switzerland, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States of America, Vanuatu, Venezuela, do not need any ratification by a Greek diplomatic authority abroad, provided that they bear the APOSTILLE stamp mentioned in the articles 3 and 4 of the Hague Convention (5th October 1961) by the local competent authorities assigned for this purpose in every contracting country according to article 6 of the Hague Convention.

For this reason, the candidates who obtain their documents from the above mentioned countries should apply to the competent authority of their own country and make sure they have the requested stamp on their documents.

The statutory data contained in the art.1 Law 4250/2014 (FEK 74/b/26.03.2014) are valid in respect of submission and certification of degrees, certifications and certificates.

Degrees, certifications and certificates are submitted and are obligatorily accepted in a clearly printed photocopy of a document’s copy which has already been certified by a lawyer. All documents must be

accompanied by official translation in the Greek language which will be submitted in original photocopy of the certified one. According to the Opinion n.233/2000 of the Legal Council of The Hellenic State (LCHS), all documents coming from abroad should bare on the original the Apostille stamp or the validation for the signature’s authenticity of the undersigned person by a Greek diplomatic authority abroad, must be submitted to public authorities in simple, legible photocopy from the certified copy from the original by a lawyer.

Any supporting documents issued by a foreign authority but not

validated for the signature’s authenticity shall not be accepted by the Higher Education faculties or departments secretariats who have the responsibility to examine the validity of all documents during the enrollment of the admitted students.

Submission of simple legible photocopies serves as candidate’s solemn declaration for the accuracy and validity of the submitted photocopies and, thereby, it is in accordance with the law 1599/1986.

The submission of all the above mentioned documents will be revoked if any alterations to them are found during any obligatory or other control. Besides this, the consequences mentioned in par.6 art.22 Law 1599/1986 will be imposed on the person concerned if this action is not penalized more severely by another legal, administrative action or other action.

The official translation can be carried out by the official authorities, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Embassy or the Consulate of the foreign country in Greece. According to the new lawyer’s Code (art.36, Law 4194/2013-FEK 208/A/27.09.2013), translations of foreign documents carried out by lawyers are accepted if the lawyer certifies his sufficient knowledge of the foreign language from which and to which the translation takes place.

Attention should be paid to the documents issued by foreign schools in Greece. The Greek Educational Authorities responsible for the specific school (i.e. Directorate of Secondary Education that the school belongs to) should validate the authenticity of the documents issued by the school and state the legal operation status of the school. All documents that have been published by services and institutions of the public and wider public service sector (degrees, certifications and certificates ) are submitted and obligatorily accepted in a clearly printed photocopy of the original documents certified copies.

ATTENTION: Candidates, holders of a graduation certificate from Cypriot Lyceums, regardless of the place of residence, in order to participate in the specific category must submit their application-entry forms ONLY at the Special centers of Collecting Applications which will specifically operate in Cyprus and must follow the instructions related to the dates, the place and the procedure of applying and submitting the

required documents determined by the competent authority of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Cyprus (For further information, please contact the Ministry of Education and Culture NICOSIA: 00357 22806360 & 00357 22800931). NOTE 1: ONLY Christian Orthodox candidates are eligible for the Higher Ecclesiastical Academies. Candidates for the clerical studies program can ONLY be male.

USEFUL INFORMATION FOR THE SELECTED CANDIDATES 1. The selection of the candidates, who enter a Faculty or a Department of Higher Education, is made by decision of the Minister of Culture, Education and Religious Affairs. The Faculties and the Departments, to which the candidates can be admitted, are listed on the candidate’s application entry form. 2. Candidates take no entrance examinations and the selection criterion is the total mark of the entry certificate only for holders of a graduation certificate from a General Lyceum of the Republic of Cyprus, while for candidates from other countries the criterion is the overall mark of their graduation certificate 3. With regard to their registration, the candidates admitted into a Faculty or a Department, are also required to hold a certificate denoting their command of the Greek language. Such a certificate is issued after relevant examinations either by the University of Athens or by the University of Thessaloniki; alternatively, the candidates should hold a B2 (3rd) level certificate issued by the Greek Language Centre. If the candidates do not hold any of these language certificates, they can only enroll in the next academic year of their admission to a Greek University, on condition that they will by then have obtained the prerequisite language certificate. Otherwise, the candidates are disqualified from enrolling.

The examinations for the Greek language certificate are held twice a year around May and September in ATHENS, at the Modern Greek Language Centre of the University of Athens in Zografou (tel: 0030 210 7277672 / 7277971); also, in June and October in THESSALONIKI, at the School of Modern Greek Language of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (tel: 0030 2310 997571 / 2). The examinations for the B2 level certificate issued by the Greek Language Center are held in May (www.greeklanguage.gr/certification)

For further information concerning the language examinations and the exam periods, the candidates need to contact either the University of Athens or the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki at least a month prior to the exam date, to make sure that they will not miss the deadline or any potential changes of the language exam.

If a candidate holds a graduation certificate either from a Cypriot

Lyceum, or from a foreign school attesting that the candidate has been taught and successfully examined in the Greek language, no Greek language certificate is required. 4. Candidates should undergo a medical examination before enrolling, according to each Faculty or Department’s regulations. 5. Foreign students who come from non-E.U. Member States and are admitted in Higher Education in Greece, pay fees so as to cover a small percentage of both the expenses of studies and the books they are granted.

The amount of expenditure is to be determined by a future Ministerial decision. 6. Students of non-E.U. citizenship must bear in mind that the Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs has no authority to grant a visa or a stay-permit. The stay-permit is issued by the regional competent services of our country (Offices of Foreigners and Immigration Issues) only to those candidates who are admitted to Higher Education in Greece, provided that there are no reasons against the granting of this stay-permit.

It is also noted that according to the Greek legislation ar. 31 N.3386/2005 (ΦΔΚ Α΄ 212) a stay-permit (granted for study purposes) is not granted if a student changes Faculty or Department twice.

Students can change Faculty or Department only once by submitting a new application entry form within the year following their first admission to a Faculty or Department.
