WARRANTY & REPAIR POLICY

AEON Brand guarantees the quality and performance of all our products. Items with defects in workmanship and/or materials will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of AEON Brand for the practical lifetime of the product. Damage on our products due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect may be repaired or replaced at a nominal charge plus applicable shipping and handling charges.

MINIMUM ORDER SIZEOpening orders must be 15 units or more for non custom product branding; and for custom logo, orders must be 80 units or more. Discounts reflective of order size.

ELIGIBILITYFor each order, we require disclosure as to the type of company whose name will appear on the AEON Brand product. We reserve the right to refuse service.

PRODUCT SELECTION/AVAILABILITYThe products shown in this catalog are available for bulk purchase. If there are other AEON Brand products you’re interested in, please call for availability.

SAMPLESPlease call our Corporate Sales department if you would like to order samples of product you see in this catalog. Samples can be returned within 90 days of your order for a refund.

ORDERING INFOTo place an order, contact us by phone, send us an email or fax, and we’ll contact you with pricing. All orders will be processed within 24 hours. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

SALES TAXAEON Brand is required to charge sales tax for all orders in the Canada. If your company is reselling the product and has a reseller’s license or a tax-exempt certificate, a copy of either must be faxed with the order.

PAYMENT METHODSMajor Credit Cards are accepted VISA and MasterCard. First time buyers must pay by Credit Card. Net 15 days terms will be considered upon credit approval. Payment shall automatically be charged against buyer's credit card on file on the date when payment is due. International Credit Cards - contact us before finalizing orders. Please contact your Corporate Sales represen-tative for a credit application.

SHIPPINGAll orders will be shipped FOB commerce, North Vancouver, BC, Canada within 3 business days upon receipt and payment confirmation. Warehouse Pickup is also available. A Pick-up Confirmation will be sent via email when orders are ready for pickup at designated warehouse. For shipping within North America, our preferred carrier is UPS Ground. Shipping rates is dependent on weight and distance. Please indicate on your order any special instructions for shipping your orders. Order confirmations are sent via email together with applicable tracking information.

RETURNSAll sales are final unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns not related to quality are accepted for 30 days with a 15% restocking fee. No returns are accepted past 30 days from date of invoice.Inspect orders carefully upon receipt of shipped items. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items received must be reported within 7 days of delivery for credit or exchange. AEON Brand shall not issue or replace items that are reported over 7 days of delivery. To make a claim, call us by phone, send an email to orders@aeonbrand.com or by fax and type in the subject area “RA Claim Request” and send as attachment a copy of your order statement.A Return Authorization (RA) number shall be issued to you as an immediate reference to allow immediate and rapid response to your claim. AEON Brand shall not accept any returns without an RA number. Processed Refunds/Credits for the associated RA number are credited back to the credit card used for making the order associated with the RA number. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REPAIRSAll returns and exchanges must be preauthorized by an AEON Brand Corporate Sales representative. Please call for a return authorization (RA) number. The RA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of all return shipping boxes.
