Eleven drums or more are quoted at 12 cents per pound; 5 to 10 drums at 12V 4 cents, 3 to 4 drums at 12 1 / 2 cents, and 1 to 2 drums, 13 cents, f.o.b. plant. Eastman Chemical Products, Kings- port, Term., announced a sharp re- duction in its price for isobutyralde- hyde effective Nov. 1. Due to econ- omies derived in large-scale produc- tion, the C.P. grade is now 27 1 / 2 cents per pound, drums, carloads, and 28 V2 cents, drums, l.c.l. Company also an- nounced a new technical grade of iso- butyraldehyde at following prices: tank cars, 19V 2 cents per pound; drums, carloads, 21 1 / 2 cents; drums, l.c.l., 22V 2 cents. Chas. L. Huisking & Co., New York, issued new price as of Oct. 1954 for drugs, chemicals, alkaloids, oils, vita- mins, and other raw materials for pharmaceuticals and allied industries.
