This figure shows the difference between zeta potential readings between the Lipidure™-CM5206 coated channels and the uncoated channels. As expected, the zeta potential values obtained for the uncoated channels show a lower zeta potential value as MBs stick to microchannels. No data was shown for Optison™ as MBs completely stick to microchannels, showing no movement under electrophoresis.
