BiodieselBiodiesel is a promising alternative in renewable fuels production

• decreases amounts of carbon dioxide

• decrease dependence on fossil fuels

• improve the rural economics

2nd generation of biodiesel

There are many advantage over trans-esterification method

Obtain product hydrocarbon like fossil fuel

Product is high cetane number and heating value

Product can blend with diesel fossil fuel more than 5%

Conclusions The addition of tungsten can improved

the product yield and catalytic activity The suitable condition of this process is at

temperature 350°C and pressure 40 bar in 2hr

The selectivity of product decreased with increasing temperature over 350°C and reaction time
