NEW PRODUCTS The complete activation analysis lab- oratory shown, the 9601 system, in- cludes irradiation, sample handling, and counting equipment. The lab- oratory is built around a newly-devel- oped T(d,n) accelerator, Series 9900, capable of producing a 4 pi yield of 2.5 χ 10 u neutrons per second and a fast flux of 5 χ ΙΟ 9 η cmr 2 sec.- 1 The 9601 is a complete data acquisi- tion system for the reduction of com- plex gamma-ray spectra in activation analysis studies. The counting sys- tem may be used for a broad range of analyses. The 9601 system consists of a dual scintillation detector as- sembly, rapid transfer and system programmer, 400 channel pulse- height analyzer, multiscaler program- mer, high voltage pov/er supply, digi- tal printer, and flux monitoring sys- tem.
