SYSLYZER 3000 - CFA softwareSyslyzer 3000 software has been developed onCFA users suggestions, collected through manyyears of application engineers activities.Systea in house software departmentprogrammed a 32 bit software for MS WindowsXP /7/8.

EASY TO USEAll the functions and symbols are familiar to allthe laboratory operators.Set up a run is easy and quick: all work listsprepared for run can be changed at any time.Stored methods settings can define up to 9standards and up to 5 controls. Calibration canbe linear, polynomial, etc.. Corrections can beselected to re-calculate results compensatingbaseline or gain drift.

QUICK START WORK LIST URGENT SAMPLES

Start a run is simple andfriendly the operator canuse a master work list andsimply insert the samplesto be analyzed. Afterstarting analysis, the flowchart displays thecolorimeter graphic andthe calibration function ifalready processed.

A complete work list includingsample ID can be generatedeasily. In the worklist theoperator defines the order of thebatch to be analysed. Standardworklists can be stored and usedrepeatedly when needed.

Urgent samples can be addedduring a run. Just click on AddSamples and digit the number ofsamples to add. Results,identified as QC areautomatically stored in QC files,to be available as controls chart.

The CFA technique carries out all steps of theanalytical procedure in a reaction line of 1.0 or2.0 mm inner diameter. These flow-conditionsresults in several advantages, for analyticprocess, design and easy operation. Thereduction of flow-volume to 40% of theprevious second CFA generation reduces therequired dimensions for the pump. A highprecision, multichannel pump separately foreach determination provides maximumflexibility and easy maintenance.

The physical properties of flow line andsegmentation provides high effective,continuous mixing and faster kinetics reaction.FlowSys III provides easier and saferconditions for today's most interesting CFAapplications, using inline distillation (cyanide,phenolindex) or UV-digestion (total-P, total-N).

FLOW-ONE is a standard FlowSys module thatthanks to the "FlowOne" option available inthe integrated software operates w/o PC. Theoperator is driven trough a simplified menu tothe calibration procedure and the sampleanalysis. Calibrations and results are storedinside the analyzer and can be retrieved troughUSB or Ethernet port as TXT file compatiblewith Excel. FLOW-ONE can be operated w/o sampler, theoperator is prompted for sample replacement orwith a sequential sampler that allow to run upto 30 samples.FLOW-ONE, allows to enter the number ofsample to be analyzed then starts & stops thesampler.
