There is a mistake in eqs 13 and 14 that yields to fractions of condensed counterions below those presented in the paper. There is a 4π missing in the denominator of eq 13. As a result, eq 14 must read as follows: This modification yields values for n/Z below the theoreti- cal predictions, particularly for the lowest charged latex particles. At high charges (Z > 10 5 ), the disagreement is within experimental error. In fact, recent results 1,2 show that for higher surface charges than those of this paper, the extension to the Debye-Huckel-Bjerrum theory quantitatively agrees with experimental results. In addition to this error, there are two typographical errors, which we will like to correct. In the definitions of φ n and φ f (page 4091), F n 3 and F f 3 should be substituted by F n and F f , respectively.
