The Sophia b coaching system has been informed by my work with Master Super-Coaches working with senior leaders and their leadership teams in global corporates, international education and charity sectors.
Through my experience in the designing, researching and structuring of bespoke world class support programmes for high performance leaders and teams I have developed Sophia, which is now at pilot stage.
This is intended to be a challenging programme rooted in the premise that the best decisions and choices are made through the application of wisdom.
