DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL ERDAS IMAGINE

Download ERDAS IMAGINE

Follow the link http://download.hexagongeospatial.com/ In the drop down menu "Product Family" select "ERDAS IMAGINE" Download " ERDAS IMAGINE 2018 " 64 bit operating system In case that you already have the software, just follow the procedure below.

INSTALL ERDAS IMAGINE

Unzip the downloaded file. The installation of Intergraph – ERDAS software is completed in one step. For the operating license for the software please contact us via mail at mail@geosystems-hellas.gr or in the phone number +30 210 2846144-5. If you own an older version of the software, you will also need to uninstall

"Intergraph Licensing", "Foundation" and the earlier version of ERDAS IMAGINE in order to install the new version.

ERDAS IMAGINE 2018 release is only supported on 64-bit Windows Operating

Systems, so only a 64-bit installer is available.

Follow these steps in order to successfully install the software:

Step 1ο

Open folder from the DVD, double-click Setup.exe from the installation folder.

If prompted to allow access to the computer by a program published by Intergraph Corporation, click "Yes".

Continue by installing ERDAS Imagine 2018

The Hexagon Geospatial Setup Manager dialog opens

Select ERDAS Imagine 2018

Under Action column, click Install

Continue by clicking Next, Install & Finish.

The End-User License Agreement dialog opens. Please read the license agreement in its entirety. If you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the End-User License Agreement, select the I accept the terms in the license agreement radio button. If not, select the I do not accept the terms in the license agreement radio button and click Cancel to exit the installation program. If you accept the terms in the License Agreement, click Next in the End-User License Agreement dialog.

The Custom Setup dialog opens, showing the ERDAS IMAGINE features that are available to install. The path to the directory to which ERDAS IMAGINE files will be installed is also shown. Files required to run ERDAS IMAGINE software are installed in this directory.

Select ERDAS ER Mapper and then the second option

Click Next button

Click Install button to begin the actual installation

Once the installation is complete, select "Finish" to exit the Wizard

Do not close the Hexagon Geospatial Setup Manager until the installation and configuration of the ERDAS IMAGINE software is complete. When fully complete, a check icon is displayed in the Status field of the New Software table against the version being installed and a check icon in the Configuration table against ERDAS IMAGINE. Generally, for ERDAS IMAGINE, this is not true until after the ERDAS File Association Manager section is completed

The installation of ERDAS IMAGINE is completed.

Activate License

To activate your license, please follow the steps below to complete the process: 1. Save and open the .xml file in a personal folder in your pc. 2. Open "Hexagon Geospatial License Administration" 3. Select Add and --> Full in with the Activation ID which can find at .xml file (that you previous save and open in your pc) 4. Click ok and -->Activate 5. Click close 6. Restart your PC 7. Open "Hexagon Geospatial License Administration" and Click tab Server and-->Start License Service 8. Open the software to check if everything is ok.
