Description

A unique combination of PCR productsand a number of proprietary plasmidsdigested with appropriate restrictionenzymes to yield 12 fragments, suitablefor use as molecular weight standards foragarose gel electrophoresis.

The DNA includes fragments rangingfrom 100-3,000 base pairs. The 500 and1,500 base pair bands have increasedintensity to serve as reference points.

The approximate mass of DNA in eachband is provided (0.5 μg a load) forapproximating the mass of DNA incomparably intense samples of similarsize.
