Step 1• Slide the hood over the cable• Strip the cable insulation min. 25 mm

Step 2• Turn the braid back over the cable• Trim the foil off

Step 3• Strip off the inner isolation• Make sure that all wires are intact

Step 4• Arrange the wires acc. to TIA 568 B• Profinet color scheme as above

Step 5• Cut the wires to a length of 20 mm from the end of the cable mantle

Step 6• Hold the plug housing with its contacts facing upwards

Step 7• Push the wires through the plug's holes until all wires are at front

Step 8• Bend the strain relief to the cable• Reduce its opening angle if needed

Step 9• Crimp the plug with handtool K795• Cut off the overlapping braid wires

Step 10• Control contacting and strain relief• Slide the boot over the plug

Step 3• Make sure that all wires are intact• Arrange them according to TIA 568 B

Step 2• Score and remove the screening foil• Untwist and straighten the wire pairs

Step 4• Cut the wires to a length of 20 mm from the end of cable's outer jacket

Step 7• Push the wires through the plug's holes until all wires are at front

Step 8• Bend the strain relief to the cable• Reduce its opening angle if needed

Step 5• Separate the solid colored wires up and the white colored wires down

Step 6• Hold the plug housing with its contacts facing upwards

Step10• Cut off the overlapping braid wires• Control contacting and strain relief

Step 3• Score the foil at a length of 2 mm, peel it off and assure all wires are intact

Step 1• Slide the hood over the cable• Strip the cable isolation by 50 mm

Step 2• Turn the braid back over the cable• Separate the pairs of wires

Step 4• Untwist and straighten the wires• Arrange them according to TIA 586 B
