Methods

Consecutive Sampling Inclusion criteria: children between 3 – 5

yo who have dringking milk by bottle history

Unstimulate saliva collecting

ELISA method with anti mucin MG2 antibody in 450 nm

Incresing mucin MG2 concentration will increase caries insidence

Mucin MG2 will used to:- caries prediction

- caries prevention

Conclussion

Mucin MG2 correlate to caries prevance in baby bottle tooth decay and could be a caries predictor and a tool to prevent caries molecularly
