8. 2016: Research project submitted within the context of the activity SME instrument, under the

call «Stimulating the innovation potential of SMEs for sustainable and competitive

agriculture, forestry, agri-food and bio-based sectors» (SMEInst-07-2016-2017). The subject

of the proposal is «Early disease detection and evidence-based management through real time

monitoring of the physiologic activity of bovines and of their environment». The duration of

the exploratory phase of the project is 6 months and the total budget is 72.000 euro (under
