How researcher found out?
• In 2009, Jap. researcher established new technique to indicate location of species among the ecological pyramid.
• Research 2 kinds of amino acid and compare ratio, researchers can find out what are they eating.
• In 2010, Japanese governmental org. succeeded to 100% cultivation of ell. This is first time in the world.
Current Problem
• To cultivate ell, required natural ell.• But, amount of fishery shrieked 1/10. • Succeeded to raise from egg, first time in
the world, but found difficulty to grow them up, due to feeding.
• Circulation of fresh sea water is required. Otherwise they will die.
• Also, once put feed into aquarium, bacteria increase.
Conclusion: In the future• Not only Japanese Ell, but also other kinds
of ell may be succeed to become domestic.
• Ell consumed by many people in Asia, and also Europe, due to Japanese culture increased popularity, such as Anime, AKB, and Japanese healthy food. So demand will increase.
• That will be huge potential of ell business.
