Opening of ERT During the meeting that Mr. Samaras, Kapsis, Stournaras and Ms. Stamati

had, it is said that they tried to find ways in order to be displaced from this situation. They say that there is a scenario of reopening the ERT, with all the employees and a contract notice job for new public broadcasters so as to man the SDR. Another thought is to proclaim 3-month notice jobs concerned to the transition.

Articles about ERT The announcement of ERT’s employees: “The government’s “black” in a

new campaign against the Free ERT “cast “ the second satellite that we used for the broadcast. Throwing again “black” where we lightened and colored over 4 months now. Again trying to silence us. We will do everything in order to fail. Keep your radios tuned to the frequency of the medium. Communicate with regional stations of the ERA which exist in your area. Mostly, tune into, and any other site tha offers the TV and radio program of the ERT online. It is now most likely for the business of “black” to be accompanied by the evacuation operation of Radiomegaro at Agia Paraskevi and all other places of ERT in Thessaloniki in Greece. We invite you to be vigilant and alert. Contact with the employees of ERT. Continue to safeguarding and information. Stand by our side. In order to continue hearing the unfettered voice of the people’s frequencies of ERT. ERT is all you.

Employees of ERT who fight”.

Articles about ERT Fruitless was the meeting of redundant of former ERT with Pantelis Kapsis

(Deputy Public Radio and Television). Representatives of about 200 that remain in Radiomegaro suggested the function of NERIT so as to occupy people of former ERT that are to be retired by de facto work, without any references in dismissals. The Minister repeated that the government’s position is to evacuate the radiomegaro and that the question is no longer under its jurisdiction. As far as the issue of damages is concerned, he stated that he is not competent to answer and referred them to the Minister of Finance.

Early in the morning of November 7th, police intervention was held outside of Radiomegaro in order to get the squatters out. The prosecutor counted the machines and the equipment of the channel and reassured that there is no damage. The building of ERT will be sealed and guarded by police forces. While the speaker of ERA station was “on air”, the police came into and told him to stop. The journalist concluded his speech and asked the officers “This is your demand?” they answered positively and then he also said “Here I must leave. Soul deeply”. These are the last words heard on air.
