The LC-5A system is efficiency personified with a pumping system having 1 μΙ/min to 9.9 ml/min capability. The SPD- 2AM detector has a 0.5 μΙ flow cell. Total system dead volume is about 2 μΙ. The proprietary microbore columns are available in standard and reverse phase models in 25cm, 50cm and 100cm lengths which can be combined up to 1000cm without reducing efficiency.
