Professional Experience

1. Eight years experience as a Scientist at DS Genomic Solutions Pvt Ltd,

Hyderabad.

Projects handled include

• Develop fusion protein therapeutics against cancer using TNF-α related

apoptosis inducing ligand (TRAIL/Apo2L) with anticancer peptides

targeting HSP90; Bioassays in cell lines (MTT assay, DNA fragmentation

analysis)

• Develop a method for the production of Enfuvirtide, an anti HIV

therapeutic using intein mediated C-terminal amidation

• Design and development of M-protein based multi-epitope vaccine

targeting Group A streptococcal infection

• Biosimilar production process development for recombinant human EGF

and PDGF, Asparaginase and its pegylated derivative, Interferon and its

monopegylated form.

• Lateral flow assay development for virus and bacterial detection in

biological samples; preparation of gold nanoparticles and protein-nanogold

conjugates

• Genetic characterization of probiotic microbe strains
