Διάταγμα σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 35(1)

Το Υπουργικό Συμβούλιο, ενασκώντας τις εξουσίες που παρέχονται σε αυτό με βάση το άρθρο 35(1) του περί Πολεοδομίας και Χωροταξίας Νόμου, καθορίζει ως Λευκή Ζώνη την περιοχή που προσδιορίζεται στο σχέδιο με αρ. ΤΡΗ 641/2018 της κοινότητας Πισσουρίου, για σκοπούς περιορισμού της οικοδομικής ανάπτυξης, λόγω της αστάθειας και του αυξημένου βαθμού επικινδυνότητας του εδάφους τοπικά. Οι χρήσεις που υφίστανται στην καθορισμένη Λευκή Ζώνη θα παραμείνουν γενικά αμετάβλητες και οποιαδήποτε οικοδομική εργασία ή δραστηριότητα θα τερματισθεί.

Το σχέδιο με αρ. ΤΡΗ 641/2018, στο οποίο προσδιορίζεται η καθοριζόμενη Λευκή Ζώνη στη διοικητική περιοχή Πισσουρίου της Επαρχίας Λεμεσού, υπογράφεται από τη Διευθύντρια του Τμήματος Πολεοδομίας και Οικήσεως και είναι διαθέσιμο για επιθεώρηση από κάθε ενδιαφερόμενο, κατά τις εργάσιμες ημέρες και ώρες, στα Κεντρικά και το Επαρχιακό Γραφείο Λεμεσού του Τμήματος Πολεοδομίας και Οικήσεως, στα Γραφεία της Επαρχιακής Διοίκησης Λεμεσού και στα Γραφεία του Κοινοτικού Συμβουλίου Πισσουρίου.

Το παρόν Διάταγμα ισχύει μέχρι τις 25.8.2020. ____________________

Το Νομικό Συμβούλιο κατά την ενάσκηση των εξουσιών που του χορηγούνται με το άρθρο 4(δ)(iv) του περί Δικηγόρων Νόμου έχει καθορίσει ότι το Πτυχίο “Bachelor of Arts in Law and Business Administration” του University of Kent, στην Αγγλία, θεωρείται ως πτυχίο νομικής για τους σκοπούς του πιο πάνω άρθρου του εν λόγω Νόμου.

Ως Υπουργός Εργασίας, Πρόνοιας και Κοινωνικών Ασφαλίσεων, ασκώντας τις εξουσίες που μου παρέχονται από το άρθρο 31Α των περί Ελέγχου της Ρύπανσης της Ατμόσφαιρας Νόμων του 2002 έως 2018 (στο εξής «ο Νόμος»), εκδίδω το ακόλουθο Διάταγμα:

Συνοπτικός τίτλος. 1. Το παρόν Διάταγμα θα αναφέρεται ως το περί Ελέγχου της Ρύπανσης της Ατμόσφαιρας

(Τροποποίηση του Παραρτήματος ΙΙ του Νόμου) Διάταγμα του 2018. Τροποποίηση του Παραρτήματος ΙΙ του Νόμου.

2. Το Παράρτημα ΙΙ του Νόμου τροποποιείται με την αντικατάσταση της παραγράφου 1.5 αυτού με την ακόλουθη νέα παράγραφο 1.5:

«1.5 Εγκαταστάσεις καύσης με θερμική ισχύ καύσης μεταξύ 1 και 50 MW.».
