Extracteur dinjecteur COMMON RAIL.Prcautions :-Avant toutes interventions sur un moteur avec un DCR.IP il faut imprativement utiliser les moyens de protections prvues par les rglementations en vigueur et les procdures du constructeur du moteur, notamment lusage de gants et de lunettes.-Attention il est ncessaire de dmonter la partie suprieure de nombreux injecteurs pour les extraire. Dans ce cas les injecteurs devront tre renvoys dans un centre de rnovation agr par leurs constructeurs ou tre changs.-Les injecteurs gripps qui ncessitent lutilisation dun extracteur pour leur dmontage pourront subir des dommages qui les rendront hors dusage.-Avant toute utilisation de lextracteur dinjecteur DCR.IP il faut se rfrer aux procdures du constructeur du vhicule et les suivre.

Utilisation : Oprations prliminaires.Toutes les oprations doivent tre effectues moteur larrt et contact coup.Nettoyer linjecteur extraire ainsi que la zone alentour du moteur pour viter dintroduire des impurets dans le cylindre.Dbrancher la connexion lectrique de commande de linjecteur.Dbrancher le tuyau de retour de gasoil de linjecteur et le boucher pour viter que des impurets polluent le circuit.Dmonter le tuyau dalimentation haute pression de linjecteur et le boucher pour viter que des impurets polluent le circuit.Dmonter la bride de fi xation de linjecteur.

1. Injecteur BOSCH.A laide de la douille N2 ou N3 dmonter la tte de linjecteur.

Retirer ensuite le clip de fi xation pour retirer le mcanisme suprieur.Attention ne pas perdre les petits lments qui seront librs.

Ensuite laide de loutil N5 dmonter le mcanisme infrieur. Attention ne pas perdre les petits lments qui seront librs.

Monter ladaptateur N15 sur linjecteuret le serrer.

Ensuite monter le renfort N17. Serrer le.

Il ne reste plus qu monter le rducteur N16.

2. Injecteur DELPHI.Visser ladaptateur n 14 sur le raccorddalimentation haute pression de carburant.

3. Injecteur SIEMENS.A laide de la douille N1 ou N4 dmonter la tte de linjecteur.

Retirer la commande de linjecteur. Attention de rcuprer tous les lments.

Visser ensuite ladaptateur N11 ou N13 dans linjecteur.

En plus du montage prcdemment dcrit, pour les injecteurs siemens fortement gripp il est possible dutiliser les outils N10 et N12 pour solidifi er lensemble.

4. Pour les injecteurs bride BOSCH GM 2.2L non Common rail.Utiliser ladaptateur n19.

5. Montage universel.Pour les injecteurs faiblement gripps quand laccessibilit le permet utiliser simplement ladaptateur N18.

Pour tous les injecteurs.En fonction de laccessibilit choisissez soit le guide long N6 ou le guide court N7 Visser la poigne N8, insrer la masse N9 et visser le tout sur ladapta-teur prsent sur linjecteur.

Lextraction est ralis part une succession de choc de la masse inertie sur la poigne.

Remontage.-Pour le remontage dun injecteur vous devez res-pecter les procdures du constructeur du vhicule.-Avant de remonter un injecteur vous devez changer le joint dtanchit aprs avoir vrifi que lancien nest pas dans le puits dinjecteur de la culasse. Si le joint est coll au fond du puits din-jecteur de la culasse vous pouvez utiliser loutil FACOM DCR.SR pour lextraire.-Vrifi er la propret du puits dinjecteur et de son plan de joint, vous pouvez uti-liser les fraises de nettoyage FACOM DCR.IC pour puits dinjecteur si ncessaire.-Les constructeurs prconisent de changer les tuyaux dalimentation haute pression de carburant a chaque dmontage. Respecter les couples de serrage prconiss.-Avec certains injecteurs il est indispensable aprs les avoir dbranchs de les ractiver ou re-confi gurer laide dun outil de diagnostic. Dans certain cas si cette opration nest pas ralise il y a un rel risque de casse moteur.

2. DELPHI injector.- Screw adaptor No. 14 onto the high pressure fuel supply connection.

3. SIEMENS injector.- Remove the injector head using socket No. 1 or No. 4.

Remove the injector control. Be sure to recover all the components.

Next, screw adaptor No. 11 or No. 13 into the injector.

For fi rmly seized Siemens injectors, tools No. 10 and No. 12 can be connected to the above assembly for added strength.

4. For non-Common Rail BOSCH GM 2.2L fl anged injectors.Use adaptor No. 19.

5. Universal fi tting.Where access allows, use only adaptor No. 18 for slightly tight injectors.

For all injectors.Select the long-reach guide No. 6 or the short-reach guide No. 7 according to accessibility. Screw handle No. 8 in place, insert the slide hammer No. 9 and screw the assembly onto the adaptor mounted on the injector.

The injector is extracted by working the slide hammer a number of times on the handle.

Refi tting.- Injectors must always be refi tted in accordance with the vehicle manufacturers procedures.-Before refi tting the injector, fi rst change the gasket, after fi rst having checked that the old one is not in the cylinder head injector bore. If the gasket is stuck at the bottom of the cylinder head injector bore, it can be removed using FACOM DCR.SR tool.-Check that the injector bore and its gasket seating surface. The FACOM DCR.IC injector bore cleaning tool can be used.- The manufacturers recommend renewing the high pressure fuel supply lines each time the injectors are removed. Tighten to the recommended torques.- Some injectors require reactivation or reconfi guration using a diagnostic tool when they have been disconnected. It certain cases, failure to perform this operation risks damaging the engine.

EN- Screw adaptor No. 14 onto the high pressure fuel supply connection.

Common Rail injector puller.Precautions:- When carrying out any work on an engine using a DCR.IP, you must use the protective equipment stipulated in the current regulations, and engine manu-facturers procedures. In particular, gloves and eye protection must be worn.-Warning: the top part of many injectors needs to be removed before they can be extracted. In this event, the injectors will need to be changed, or sent to a manufacturer-approved renovation centre.- Seized injectors that require a puller for their removal may suffer irreparable damage.- Refer to the vehicle manufacturers procedures before using the DCR.IP injector puller.

Using the tool: Preliminary operations.All operations must be carried out with the engine stopped and the ignition switched off.Clean the injector to be removed, as well as the surrounding area of the engine to avoid impurities entering the cylinder.Disconnect the injector electrical control.Disconnect the injector return hose and plug it to prevent impurities entering the system.Disconnect the injector high pressure supply hose and block it to prevent impurities entering the system.Remove the injector mounting fl ange.

1. BOSCH injector.- Remove the injector head using socket No.2 or No. 3.

Next remove the injector retainer clip to remove the upper mechanism. Take care not to lose small the components removed.

Next remove the lover mechanism using tool No. 5. Take care not to lose small the components removed.

Fit adaptor No. 15 to the adaptor and tighten.

Next fi t the strengthening piece No 17 and tighten.

All that remains is to fi t the reducer No. 16.

DE 2. DELPHI-Einspritzdse.- Den Adapter Nr. 14 auf den Hochdruck-Kraftstof-fanschluss schrauben.

3. SIEMENS-Einspritzdse.-Den Kopf der Einspritzdse mit Hilfe der Hlse Nr. 1 oder Nr. 4 demontieren.

Die Steuerung der Einspritzdse abnehmen. Darauf achten, alle Teile aufzubewahren.

Anschlieend den Adapter Nr. 11 oder Nr. 13 in die Einspritzdse schrauben.

Zustzlich zur zuvor beschriebenen Montage ist es bei stark festsitzenden Einspritzdsen mglich, die Werkzeuge Nr. 10 und Nr. 12 zu verwenden, um das Ganze zu verstrken.

4. Bei Einspritzdsen mit Flansch BOSCH GM 2.2L, nicht fr Common rail.Adapter Nr. 19 verwenden.

5. Universelle Montage.Bei schwach festsitzenden Einspritzdsen einfach den Adapter Nr. 18 benutzen, wenn es die Zugn-glichkeit erlaubt.
