SUSTAINABLE, ENERGY EFFICIENT
CONCRETE SANDWICH FACADE PANEL
• ventilated prefabricated wall panel utilizing RECYCLED CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION WASTE
(CDW) and mineral wool produced using innovative and
sustainable Ecose® technology.
2
50% of total aggregates is obtained from
recycled aggregate (C&D)
Inner concrete layer is made with
recycled concrete aggregate
Outer concrete layer is made with
recycled brick aggregate
Thermal insulation mineral wool
manufactured using Ecose® Technology free from
formaldehyde, phenols, pentanes, butanes and
acrylics

WHY PRECAST SYSTEMS?
„Only manufacture in controlled factory conditions can
achieve the defect free, waste free quality production on
budget, on time, that clients and consumers deserve.
And only factory conditions are likely to provide the sort of
safe, healthy, pleasant working environment that will be
acceptable to the young talented, skilled workforce that the
industry needs”.
