Desizing

POLZYME AA-50: Preparation of high conc. α-amylase, specially

designed for Denim desizing.

POLZYME HDA: Enzymatic compound based on α-amylase, for desizing

CO and CO mixtures. No need to use wetting, antibackstainig or

defoamers.

POLFLOW LUB: Lubricant & anticrease for wet processing. Improves

tissue slipping and prevents defibrillation of cellulosic fibers.

ZEROFOAM SI: Powerful silicon defoamer, long lasting effect for the

whole dyeing process.

Standard formulation: Polzyme AA-50 2 g/l

Polflow LUB 0,5 g/l

Zerofoam SI 0,1 g/l

Bleaching

POLZYME LAC: Substitute for sodium hypochlorite in Bleach process,

protects elastomeric fibers, reduces back-staining in garments and

achieves special effects id applied together in the Stone Wash process.

The application process will depend on the final use (see specific

technical information).

NEUTRALIZER MN L: Permanganate neutralizer, liquid, odorless. Also

eliminates residual chlorine avoiding fiber damage and yellowing.

Application dosage: 2-6%.

Biostoning/ Biofinishing

POLZYME EA: Concentrated acid cellulase for aging "jeans" by

chemical stone system with high discharge power.

POLZYME EN: High concentrated neutral cellulase employed in

the processes of aging "jeans" by chemical stone system.

POLZYME MX: High concentrated neutral cellulase for cold

treatment, used in the process of aging "jeans" by chemical

stone system.

Biostoning/ Biofinishing Antiback-staining agents

LEDIGAL ABS: very powerful anti-backstaining & detergent

agent. Works by blocking the particles of indigo dye in the

unbound fibre avoiding indigo redeposit in white areas like

pockets, reduces backstaining effect.

LEDIGAL BKS: anti-backstaining agent based on polyester

polymer. Especially suitable for white frames, remove indigo

redeposit in areas like pockets, reduces backstaining effect.

Finishing Fixing & cationizing agents

FIXERON FQW: Fixing agent suitable for indigo blue on denim. Its use allows novel

effects such as wrinkles, folds, etc ... It is resistant to washing and dry cleaning.

Stable to sodium hypochlorite bleaching. It can be applied by brush, printing, spray

or dipping process of the tissue. Conveniently formulated prevents pilling and

shrinkage.

ADIDYE CTP: Fixing agent specially designed for cationizing cotton previous to

dyeing with acid dyes of metal complex 1:2. Formaldehyde free.

Dosage: Adidye CTP 2-3%

Sodium carbonate 2g/l

20 min. at 60ºC (depending on color shade).

FIXERON PD: Formaldehyde-free fixing agent, improves wet fastness and also the

washing of fabrics dyed with direct and reactive colorants. It has very little influence

on color shade and light fastness. In reactive dyeing improves fastness because of

the reduction of migration of the hydrolyzed dye.

Dosage: 1-2%, 30 min. at 40-60ºC (depending on color shade).

Finishing Softeners

ADOUSOFT SC LIQ: General purpose cationic softener based on fatty acid

derivatives. Recommended for whitened fabrics due to its low yellowing. Also

available in microbeads100% active content.

ADOUSOFT SC (PF, PL, PM): Scented (Floral, Lavender, Limonene) general

purpose cationic softener based on fatty acid derivatives.

POLYSILK NUL: Silicon microemulsion. Enhanced softness and elasticity in addition

to high washing fastness. Imparts confortable feel due to its moisture management

properties.

POLYSILK MIC: Silicon microemulsion. Enhanced softness and elasticity excellent

performance in natural and synthetic fibers.

ADOUSOFT TO LIQ: hydrophilic biodegradable cationic softener.

Also available in conc. version (90% actives).

PURLASTIC: Polyurethanes range of different brightness, smoothness and

texture. Can be applied with a brush or spray.

POLYCOLOR: Range fluorescent pigments, pearlescents and purpurins, to

to apply with acrylic or polyurethane binder.

POLYFLUOR: Fluorocarbons range for anti-stain and water repellent

finishings.

POLYCROSS: Range of melamines for effects like permanent pleats and

crinkled resistant to multiple washings.

POLYACRIL: Range of acrylic binders for printing and coloring.

Finishing Protectors

POLYPROTEC O3: Fatty acid derivative. Protect indigo against ozone &

NOX fading.

ADIDYE INBS: Prevents the oxidation produced on the metallic elements

(buttons, zippers etc.) during garment dyeing. Act as a sequestering and

dispersing agent, stable in strong oxidizing environments.

Dosage: 1 – 3 g/l.
