NEW PRODUCTS A high-power electron diffraction unit, the KD-4 Electron Diffractograph, rep- resents an evolution from an earlier unit, the KD-3. Some of the features include accelerating voltage of 120 Κν., ultravacuum range of 10" 7 Torr, minimum beam diameter of 1 micron, ion etching attachments, temperature range of - 1 8 0 ° C. to 2000° C, and external manipulation of specimen in any plane.
