三錦內轉式齒輪泵為容積式泵浦,是一種外齒(又稱主動齒)將內齒(又稱從動齒)包含在內的(gear-within-gear)結構方式。泵浦利用其偏心結構產生容積變化來吸入及排出液體,產生輸送液體的功能。Sunny King Internal Gear Pump is a volumetric-type pump, having a gear-within-gear structure with an internal gear (a.k.a “driven gear”) contained in an external gear (a.k.a “driving gear”). It has an eccentric structure that changes the capacity and enables the pump to transmit liquid by drawing in and discharging it along with the change of the capacity.

IGF前拆式Front-pull-out

IGF前拆式可提供更為省時省力的泵浦維修作業,使泵浦停機時間減到最短。除了泵浦拆卸方式不同外,其餘基本性能均和標準型IG泵浦相同。

The IGF front-pull-out type saves time and labor on pump maintenance, and minimizes the pump downtime. Except differences in pump disassembly method, other basic performance issues are the same as the standard type IG pump.

新開發的IGF前拆式齒輪泵不但繼承現有IG產品線雙軸承架構軸承座與雙機械軸封安裝能力等特色,且新開發的專利「前拉式」結構設計,使工程人員維修損壞的主動齒輪、軸封等部位時,不必拆卸管路及拆卸軸心、軸承。與同業背拉式結構競爭產品相比較,維修軸封不需要拆軸承及齒輪外部調整座,同時省去軸封安裝後軸承須重新調整設定的程序。此外,可拆卸式的主動齒結構,於齒輪損壞時不必連軸心一起更換,大幅提升維修便利性及降低維修成本。

The newly developed IGF gear pump not only inherited the features of double-bearing bracket structure and double mechanical shaft seal installation capability in existing IG lineup, but also designed with a patented “front-pull-out” structure. It allows engineers to repair the driving gear and shaft seal, without the need to disassemble the pipeline, shaft and bearing. Comparing with the back-pull-out pumps of other competitors in the industry, maintenance of the shaft seal does not require disassembly of the bearing and gear external adjustment unit and, thus, readjustment and resetting that are required after installation of the shaft seal are not needed any more. In addition, the shaft does not have to be replaced along with the removable driving gear when the gear is damaged, thereby enhancing maintenance convenience and reducing maintenance costs.

By adjusting the axial clearance of the driving gear, Sunny King Internal Gear Pump recover the pressure of the pump that may be degraded by gear wear, thereby extending the pump’s service life. It also makes bearing maintenance easier by using an improved external adjustment mechanism, same as used in the SOH centrifugal pump, thereby reducing errors in field maintenance.

Conventional Bearing BracketThe shaft bushing is process liquid wetted. When there are more impurities in the process liquid, it will result in a lower pump reliability. Besides, the single bearing arrangement could cause a lower supporting strength in heavy-duty applications.

內轉式齒輪泵浦流量及轉速與輸送液體特性有關。當液體黏度越高時泵浦負載越大,管路損失也增加。因此,泵浦轉速及流量需適當的降低,因黏度增加而損失的壓力也必須加以補償。

The flow and rotating speed of internal gear pump are related to the characteristics of transmission fluid. Higher liquid viscosity results in higher pump load and higher pipeline loss. Therefore, pump rotating speed and flow rate should be reduced appropriately, and pressure lost due to increased viscosity should be adjusted accordingly.

標準型泵浦 Standard Pump

夾套型適合使用使用於高溫(例如熱油)、冷凝性液體(例如樹脂)或寒冷天候使用,為確保液體能獲得適當加熱或冷卻,泵浦可在機殼及軸封處加裝夾套。

Jacketed-type is suitable for high temperature fluid (such as hot oil), easy-solidified liquid in ambient temperature (such as resin) or in cold weather. To ensure the liquid can be properly heated or cooled, the pump may be installed with jacket at its casing and shaft seal.

當泵浦入出口壓力差過大時,裝有安全閥的泵浦可使液體由安全閥回流至入口處保護泵浦不損壞。與機殼整合的結構設計,使得外軸承式內轉齒輪泵同樣可安裝安全閥套件。

In case the pump inlet/outlet pressure difference is too high, the pump installed with a safety valve enables the liquid to flow to the inlet through safety valve to protect the pump from damage. The structural design of its integration with the casing makes it possible for the external bearing type internal gear pump to be installed with the safety valve assembly.

齒輪泵由六極或四極馬達直結驅動轉速較快,在相同泵浦尺寸下,可比標準IG型提供較高輸出流量。適合鍋爐噴油、重油、燃油等輸送。

The gear pump, direct-coupled with a 6-pole or 4-pole motor, has higher rpm. With the same pump size, it provides higher output flow than standard IG model. The IGH gear pump is suitable for transmission of boiler fuel injection, heavy oil and fuel.

IGP泵浦使用四極或六極馬達同軸驅動特別適用船舶燃油輸送或是機械設備潤滑油輸送等安裝空間有限之應用。

The Pump is co-axialed with 4-pole or 6-pole motor, IGP pump is especially suitable for applications with limited space for installation, such as transmission of ship fuel or lubricating oil for machines and equipment.

外軸承式泵浦完全不使用軸襯套並將軸承和輸送液體完全隔離,係針對低黏度無潤滑性液體,或是含固形微粒液體輸送目的而設計。由於不使用軸襯套,無軸襯套壽命問題,泵浦耐蝕性和耐磨耗性特佳。

The external bearing pump does not need shaft bushings and the bearing is completed isolated from the transmission liquid. It is designed specifically for the purpose of transmitting low viscosity liquids or liquids with solid minute particles. Since no shaft bushings are used, the service life of bushings is not a problem for the external bearing pump. The resistance of the pump to corrosion and wear is maximized.

黏度與流量、轉速換算表 Viscosity and Flow, Speed Conversion Table

流量及轉速與輸送液體有關。當輸送高黏度液體時轉速及流量須適當的降低。

The pump flow rate and rotating speed are related to the transmission liquid. When transmitting high viscosity liquids, the rotating speed and flow rate should be reduced appropriately.

當內轉式齒輪使用於真空蒸餾、脫臭、脫水製程時,應注意入口真空度和出口流量關係。入口真空度越高,流量會降低。選用真空型內轉式齒輪泵,最高可在740mmHgG下的入口真空下操作。

When internal gear pump is used in vacuum distillation, deodorization, or dehydration process, pay attention to the relation between inlet vacuum and outlet flow --- the higher the vacuum at the inlet, the lower the flow. Choose vacuum type internal gear pump. It can be operated under inlet vacuum at highest 740mmHgG.

What are the flow rate and rotating speed when the liquid has a viscosity of 2800 cP?Step 1:Viscosity 2800cP on X axis, a vertical extension line intersecting with IG-9 at point A thereon, then extending further to Y axis to reach approximately 253rpm.Step 2:From point A, horizontal extension line to IG-9 line then further to X axis to obtain the flow rate of approximately 770l/min.

當流體黏度越大,管路損失也越大。系統配管時必須補償管路損失的壓力,才不致於無法吸料至泵浦。

The higher the fluid viscosity, the higher the pipeline loss. To install system piping, make sure to compensate for pressure loss in the pipeline, so as to avoid failure of sucking material to the pump.
