Grammar: Be 动词的一般过去时

1. 一般过去时的概念：表示过去发生而现在已经结束的事件、动作或情况。

2. 一般过去时中，所有的动词必须用过去式，除了了 be 动词的过去式有人称和数的变化外，其余动词的过去式都没有人称和数的变化。

过去式的构成规则： 1. 一般情况直接加 ed ， 如 ask-asked ， work-worke.

2. 以不发音的 e 结尾，只加 d ， 如 love-loved ， dance-danced 。 3. 以辅音字母加 y 结尾，把 y 改 i ， 如 try-tried ， study-studied 。 4. 以一个元音字母和一个辅音结尾的重读音节结尾 的动词，先双末尾一个字母，再加 ed ， 如 stop-stopped ， permit-permitted 。注意： be 动词的过去式，即 is/am/are 的过去式

Be 动词在各种句式中的记忆口诀：

肯定变否定，在 was 或 were 后面加 not 。Was/were 位于主语前，一般疑问句马上现。特殊问句也不难，疑问词加在一般疑问句前。
