Supplemental Figure 3. Th17 stimulated by HEL/APC or PbAb proliferate with different kinetics. Proliferation was measured by 3H-Thymidine incorporation at different time points, as indicated, using conventional methods. Control CD4 cell cultures, incubated with the polarizing cytokine cocktail, but with no stimulation, incorporated <200 CPM.
