CERTIFICATION OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

The present document certifies that Ms. Karkavela Vasiliki, Architect Engineer, has worked with the AKTOR ATE (Greece) Company during the years of 1999 up to 2009, as Site Engineer, in the following Projects, executed through AKTOR ATE and the Subsidiary Companies or Joint Venturies, with the below described responsibilities:

1. AIGLI S.A. PROJECT – Reconstruction of the Building in ZAPEIO, Athens, and transformation of the existing edifice in Conference Center. As a Technical Office engineer, responsible for the coordination of Design and Shop-drawings, Market Research, Subcontracting Contracts, Site construction and installation issues, Punch List preparation, Commissioning and Final Project’s Hand Over.

2. ATHENS HILTON HOTEL PROJECT – Reconstruction of the Hotel. As a Technical Office engineer, responsible for the coordination of Design and Shop-drawings, Coordination between the Client and Design Teams, Market Research, Selection of Materials, Preparation of Mock-ups.

9. Participation in the Group for the Bidding of the POTA ROMANOS RESORT PROJECT in PYLOS (Group of Hotels, with Conference Center & numerous Clubs & Restaurants). AKTOR S.A. won the bid summing up to 350 million €.
