Intended UsageThis Multi-Function Detector is intended for utilisation in locating metal or wood bearers, metal objects, cavitiesand power supply lines. The appliance is intended for domestic use only. Do not use it for commercial applications.
Safety instructions
Risk of personal injury! Do not use the appliance at locations where there is
a risk of fire or explosion, e.g. in the vicinity of inflam-mable liquids or gases.
This appliance is not intended for use by individuals (including children) with restricted physical, physiologicalor intellectual abilities or deficiences in experienceand/or knowledge unless they are supervised by aperson responsible for their safety or receive from thisperson instruction in how the appliance is to be used.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they donot play with the appliance.
Warning against damage to the appliance! NEVER subject the appliance to rain. Do not use the

Advice about locating objectsThe appliance does not always recognise all metal objects,cavities or electrical cables. The following conditions cancontribute to inexact results:- very thick walls- weak battery- deeply laid power cables or metal objects- shielded cables- thick walls with thin pipes or power cables- walls panelled with metal sheets- very moist conditions With this appliance power cables cannot be determined
in circuits, - which are isolated from the mains power supply. - through which direct current flows.- which are used for computer or telecommunicationssystems.
No liability will be accepted for damage caused bymanipulation of the appliance and through disregardof the safety instructions.
Interaction with batteries
Risk of explosion!Do not throw batteries into a fire. Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
Never open batteries, never solder or weld batteries.Never short-circuit batteries. The risk of explosions andinjuries exists!
If you do not intend to use the appliance for an extendedperiod remove the battery, otherwise it could leak cor-rosive acids.
If the batteries have leaked, put on a pair of protectivegloves to avoid the risk of injury through chemical burns.Clean the battery compartment and the battery contactswith a dry cloth.
Always replace the battery with a battery of the same type. Keep batteries away from children. Children can put
batteries into their mouths and swallow them. If a batteryis swallowed immediately seek medical assistance.

UnpackingTake the multi-purpose detector from its packaging. Remove all transport restraints and packaging materials.
Inserting the battery1. Open the battery compartment 4 at the rear of the
multi-purpose detector.2. Place the 9V block battery onto the contacts. Pay heed
to the correct polarity.3. Press the 9V block battery into the battery compart-
ment 4.

Warning:Ensure that the wires are not trapped in any way. This could irreparably damage the appliance.
4. Close the battery compartment 4. The battery com-partment lid must audibly engage.
Examples of utilisation
Tips: In the utilisation examples the appliance is shown as being
horizontal to the wall. However, you can also use the ap-pliance vertical to the wall!
Before putting it to use, test the appliance by locating a knownbearer or cavity etc., to ensure that it is working correctly.
In cases of doubt, always consult a qualified building con-tractor.

Attention!Before boring a hole in the wall, also check to ensure that thereis not a cable carrying alternate current located under the sur-face. Therefore, after detecting metals, ALWAYS carry out anadditional search for power cables!
Tips:To enable a power cable to be detected by the appliance, itscircuit must be under power. If you wish to trace for examplethe cable route from light switch to lamp, switch the lamp on.
1. Press the button ON/OFF 5 to switch the appliance on.2. Repeatedly press the function switch 3 until an arrow
appears above one of the following detection objects inthe display 2:STUD (Locating bearers) METAL (Locating metallic objects)DEEP (Locating cavities)AC (Locating power supply lines)
3. Hold the detector with the underside flat against thearea to be examined and press the button PUSH 6down (several short signal tones sound).
4. Now slowly slide the detector in this position over thewall.
5. Should an appropriate object be located close to themeasuring head 1, at first a few and then more be-ams will appear in the display 2.
The closer the measuring head 1 is located to the object, the greater the number of beams shown in thedisplay 2.
When a constant signal tone can be heard this indicatesthat the object is located directly under the measuringhead 1 of the detector. Additionally, an arrow ap-pears in the display 2.
6. Now, move the detector further over the area, until thenumber of beams in the display reduces and the signaltone switches itself off, to pinpoint the exact position andplacing of the object.

Battery displayA battery symbol appears in the display 2 when the batteryis weak resp. almost discharged. Replace the battery as soonas possible (see section "Inserting the battery"). If you do not, the measurements will be false.
Automatic switch-offIf a button is not activated for approx. 60 seconds, the appliance switches itself off automatically.
Cleaning and storage Store the appliance at a dry and frost-free location. If you do not intend to use the appliance for an extended
period, remove the battery from the battery compart-ment.
Clean the appliance with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaning agents.
These could damage the housing.
DisposalDo not dispose of the appliance in your normaldomestic waste. This product is subject to theprovisions of European Directive 2002/96/EC.
Dispose of the appliance through an approved disposalcentre or at your community waste facility.Observe the currently applicable regulations. In case ofdoubt, please contact your waste disposal centre.
Disposal of batteries/accumulatorsUsed batteries/rechargeable batteries may not be disposedof in household waste. Every consumer is legally obliged todispose of batteries at a collection site of his community/citydistrict or at a retail store.The purpose of this obligation is to ensure that batteriesare disposed of in a non-polluting manner. Only disposeof batteries when they are fully discharged.
Dispose of the packaging materials in an environ-mentally responsible manner.

Uporaba u skladu sa namjenomVienamjenski detektor je koncipiran za lociranje i prona-laenje metalnih i drvenih nosaa, metalnih predmeta,upljina i elektrinih vodova. Ovaj ureaj je predvien samoza privatnu uporabu. Ne koristite ga u komercijalne svrhe.

Opasnost od eksplozije! Ureaj ne upotrebljavajte na mjestima, na kojima postoji

krugu, - koji su izolirani od mrenog napona. - kroz koje tee istosmjerna struja.- koji se koriste za raunalske ili telekomunikacijske sustave.
Za tete uzrokovane manipulacijom ureaja i nepri-dravanjem sigurnosnih napomena proizvoa nepreuzima nikakvo jamstvo.
Rukovanje sa baterijama
Opasnost od eksplozije!Baterije ne bacajte u vatru. Ne vrite ponovno punjenje baterija.
Nikada ne otvarajte baterije i nikada ih ne lemite i nevarite. Nikada ne izazovite kratki spoj baterije. Postoji opasnost od eksplozije i od ozljeivanja!
Ako ureaj ne koristite due vrijeme, izvadite bateriju,jer u protivnom moe iscuriti baterijska kiselina.
U sluaju iscurjele baterije navucite zatitne rukavice,kako biste izbjegli opasnost od nagrizanja koe. Pretinac za baterije i baterijske kontakte oistite pomousuhe krpe.
Bateriju uvijek zamijenite drugom baterijom istoga tipa. Baterije ne smiju dospjeti u djeje ruke. Djeca bi baterije
mogla staviti u usta i progutati. Ukoliko je dolo do gutanjabaterije, neizostavno zatraite lijeniku pomo.

RaspakiranjeIzvadite vienamjenski detektor iz pakiranja. Uklonite sve transportne osigurae i sav materijal ambalae.
Umetanje baterije1. Otvorite pretinac za baterije 4 na stranjoj strani
vienamjenskog detektora.2. Blok-bateriju od 9V stavite na odgovarajue kontakte.
Obratite panju na ispravan polaritet.3. Pritisnite 9V-blok-bateriju u pretinac za baterije 4.

Panja:Obratite panju na to, da ne doe do gnjeenja kabela. To dovodi do nepopravljivih oteenja ureaja.
4. Zatvorite pretinac za baterije 4. Poklopac pretinca zabaterije mora ujno ulei u leite.
Primjeri primjene
Napomena: U primjerima za primjenu ureaj je prikazan vodoravno u
odnosu na zid. Ureaj meutim moete koristiti i u okomi-tom poloaju u odnosu na zid!
Ispitajte ureaj prije uporabe tako, to ete poznati nosa, odnosno poznatu upljinu potraiti sa njim.
U sluaju dvojbe uvijek zatraite savjet kvalificiranoggraevinskog strunjaka.

Panja!Prije nego to primjerice izbuite rupu u zidu, provjerite da seispod povrine ne nalazi elektrini vod sa naizmjeninom strujom.Stoga nakon pronalaska metala uvijek izvrite i pretraguelektrinih vodova!
Napomena:Da bi elektrini vod mogao biti prepoznat od strane detektora,isti mora biti pod naponom. Ako primjerice elite pratiti vodod prekidaa za svjetlo do svjetiljke, morate svjetiljku ukljuiti.
1. Pritisnite tipku ON/OFF 5, da biste ukljuili ureaj.2. Ponovno pritisnite funkcijski prekida 3, sve dok se na
zaslonu 2 strelica ne pojavi iznad jednog od slijedeihdetekcijskih objekata:STUD (pronalaenje nosaa) METAL (pronalaenje objekata od metala)DEEP (pronalaenje upljina)AC (pronalaenje strujnih vodova)
3. Drite detektor sa donjom stranom na povrinu, koja trebabiti pretraena i drite tipku PUSH 6 pritisnutu (oglasiti ese nekoliko kratkih signalnih tonova).
4. Sada detektorom u toj poziciji polako prelazite prekozida.
5. Ukoliko se odgovarajui objekt nalazi u blizini mjerneglave 1, pojaviti e se prvo mali broj, a zatim veibroj crta na zaslonu 2.
to se mjerna glava 1 nalazi blie objektu, to e sevei broj crtica pojaviti na zaslonu 2.
Ako se zauje konstantni signalni ton, to znai da se objektnalazi neposredno ispod mjerne glave 1 detektora.Osim toga se pojavljuje strelica na zaslonu 2.
6. Sada nastavite prelaziti sa detektorom preko povrine, sve dok se broj crtica ne pone smanjivati a signalni zvukprestane, kako biste mogli locirati tonu poziciju i toanpoloaj objekta.

Baterijski prikazNa zaslonu 2 se pojavljuje simbol baterije, kada snagabaterije pone slabiti. U tom sluaju to prije trebate izvritizamjenu baterije (vidi poglavlje "Umetanje baterije"). U protivnom rezultati mjerenja nee biti toni.
Automatsko iskljuivanjeUkoliko u roku od ca. 60 sekundi ne pritisnete niti jednutipku, ureaj se samostalno iskljuuje.

Baterije/akumulatorevratite iskljuivo u ispranjenom stanju.
Sve materijale ambalae zbrinite na nainnekodljiv za okoli.

Jamstvo i servisNa ovaj ureaj vrijedi jamstvo u trajanju od 3 godine oddatuma kupovine. Ureaj je paljivo proizveden i prijeisporuke briljivo kontroliran. Molimo sauvajte blagajni-ki raun kao dokaz o kupnji. Molimo da se u sluaju ostva-rivanja prava na jamstvo telefonski poveete sa Vaomservisnom ispostavom. Samo na taj nain vaa roba moebiti besplatno uruena.Jamstvo vrijedi samo za greke materijala i izrade, a ne zatransportne tete, potrone dijelove ili oteenja lomljivihdijelova, na primjer prekidaa ili baterija. Proizvod je na-mijenjen iskljuivo za privatnu, a ne za gospodarstvenuuporabu.U sluaju nestrunog rukovanja, rukovanja protiv-nog namjeni ureaja, primjene sile i zahvata, koji nisuizvreni od strane naeg ovlatenog servisnog predstav-nitva, vaenje jamstva prestaje. Utilizarea conform destinaieiDetectorul multifuncional a fost conceput pentru localizareagrinzilor de metal i lemn, a obiectelor metalice, a cavitilor(spaiilor goale) i a firelor electrice. Aparatul este destinatnumai uzului personal. Nu l utilizai n scopuri profesionale.
Indicaii de siguran
Pericol de rnire! Nu utilizai aparatul n locuri unde exist pericol de in
cendiu sau de explozie, de exemplu, n apropierea lichidelor inflamabile i a gazelor.
Acest aparat nu este destinat utilizrii de ctre persoane(inclusiv copii) cu capaciti fizice, senzoriale sau mentalelimitate sau cu o experien limitat i/sau cunotine limitate, cu excepia cazului n care sunt supravegheatede ctre o persoan responsabil cu sigurana lor sauau primit instruciuni de la aceasta privind modul de utilizare a produsului.
Copiii trebuie supravegheai pentru a se asigura c nuse vor juca cu aparatul.
Avertizare contra pagubelor la aparat! Nu expunei aparatul ploii. Nu utilizai aparatul n medii

Indicaii privind detectarea obiectelorAparatul nu recunoate totdeauna obiectele metalice, cavitile i conductorii electrici. Urmtoarele condiii potcauza rezultate imprecise: pereii foarte groi; bateriile slabe; conductori electrici sau obiecte metalice adnci; cabluri izolate; perei groi prin care trec conducte sau conductori electrici subiri; pereii cptuii cu metal; umezeala.
Cu ajutorul acestui aparat nu se pot detecta conductoriidin circuitele electrice, izolate de ctre furnizorul de energie electric; strbtute de curent continuu; utilizate pentru sistemele de calculatoare sau de telecomunicaie.
Nu se acord garanie pentru pagubele rezultate nurma interveniilor n aparat i a nerespectrii indicaiilorde siguran.
Manipularea bateriilor
Pericol de explozie!Nu aruncai bateriile n foc. Nu rencrcai bateriile.
Nu deschidei niciodat bateriile, nu lipii i nu sudainiciodat pe suprafaa acestora. Nu scurtcircuitai niciodat bateriile. Pericol de explozie i de rnire!
Dac nu utilizai aparatul un timp mai ndelungat, scoatei bateria pentru a evita scurgerea acesteia.

6. Micai acum detectorul mai departe pe suprafa, pncnd se reduce din nou numrul de bare i pn cndse oprete semnalul sonor, pentru a stabili astfel exactpoziia i situaia obiectului.

aparatul din compartimentul de baterii. Curai aparatul cu un material uscat i moale. Nu utilizai substane de curare chimice sau abrazive.

Umgang mit Batterien
Explosionsgefahr!Werfen Sie keine Batterien ins Feuer. Laden Sie Batterien nichtwieder auf.
ffnen Sie die Batterien niemals, lten oder schweienSie Batterien nie. Schlieen Sie Batterien niemals kurz.Es besteht Explosions- und Verletzungsgefahr!
Wenn Sie das Gert lngere Zeit nicht benutzen, ent-nehmen Sie die Batterie, ansonsten kann Batteriesureauslaufen.
Bei ausgelaufener Batterie, ziehen Sie Schutzhandschuhean, um Gefahr durch Vertzung zu vermeiden. Reinigen Sie das Batteriefach und die Batteriekontaktemit einem trockenen Tuch.
Ersetzen Sie stets die Batterie durch denselben Typ. Batterien drfen nicht in die Hnde von Kindern
gelangen. Kinder knnten Batterien in den Mund nehmenund verschlucken. Sollte eine Batterie verschluckt wordensein, suchen Sie sofort einen Arzt auf.

AuspackenEntnehmen Sie den Multifunktionsdetektor aus der Verpackung. Entfernen Sie alle Transportsicherungen undVerpackungsmaterialien.

Batterie einlegen1. ffnen Sie das Batteriefach 4 auf der Rckseite des
Multifunktionsdetektors.2. Stecken Sie die 9V-Blockbatterie auf die Kontakte.
Achten Sie auf die richtige Polung.3. Drcken Sie die 9V-Blockbatterie in das Batteriefach 4.
Achtung:Achten Sie darauf, dass die Kabel nicht eingeklemmt werden.Das fhrt zu irreparablen Schden am Gert.
4. Schlieen Sie das Batteriefach 4. Der Batteriefachdeckelmuss hrbar einrasten.
Anwendungsbeispiele
Hinweise: In den Anwendungsbeispielen wird das Gert waagerecht
zur Wand dargestellt. Sie knnen das Gert jedoch auchsenkrecht zur Wand verwenden!
Testen Sie das Gert vor dem Gebrauch dadurch, dass Sie einen bekannten Trger bzw. einen Hohlraum erkennen lassen.
Fragen Sie in Zweifelsfllen immer einen qualifizierten Baufachmann.

Achtung!Bevor Sie z.B. ein Loch in die Wand bohren, stellen Sie sicher,dass sich unter der Oberflche nicht auch eine wechselstromfh-rende Leitung befindet. Fhren Sie daher nach dem Aufsprenvon Metall immer auch eine Suche nach Stromleitungen durch!
Hinweise:Damit eine Stromleitung vom Detektor erkannt wird, muss diese auch Strom fhren. Wenn Sie z. B. den Verlauf einer Leitung vom Lichtschalter zur Lampe verfolgen wollen, schaltenSie die Lampe ein.
1. Drcken Sie die Taste ON/OFF 5, um das Gert einzuschalten.
2. Drcken Sie wiederholt den Funktionsschalter 3, bis imDisplay 2 ein Pfeil ber einem der folgenden Detekti-onsobjekte erscheint:STUD (Trger aufspren) METAL (Metallobjekte aufspren)DEEP (Hohlraum aufspren)AC (Stromleitungen aufspren)
3. Halten Sie den Detektor mit der Unterseite flach auf diezu untersuchende Flche und halten Sie die Taste PUSH6 gedrckt (es ertnen mehrere kurze Signaltne).
4. Schieben Sie nun den Detektor in dieser Position langsamber die Wand.
5. Befindet sich das entsprechende Objekt in der Nhedes Messkopfs 1, so erscheinen zunchst wenige unddann mehrere Balken im Display 2.
Je nher sich der Messkopf 1 am Objekt befindet,desto mehr Balken erscheinen im Display 2.
Wenn ein durchgngiger Signalton zu hren ist, befindetsich das Objekt direkt unter dem Messkopf 1 des Detektors. Zustzlich erscheint ein Pfeil im Display 2.
6. Bewegen Sie den Detektor nun weiter auf der Flche, bisdie Zahl der Balken wieder abnimmt und der Signaltonsich ausschaltet, um so die genaue Position und Lage desObjektes auszumachen.

BatterieanzeigeIm Display 2 erscheint ein Batterie-Symbol, wenn die Batterie schwach wird. Ersetzen Sie schnellstmglich die Batterie (siehe Kapitel Batterie einlegen). Ansonsten werden die Messergebnisse verflscht.
Automatische AbschaltungWird ca. 60 Sekunden lang keine Taste gedrckt, schaltetsich das Gert automatisch aus.
Aufbewahrung und Reinigung Bewahren Sie das Gert an einem trockenen und
frostfreien Ort auf. Wenn Sie das Gert fr lngere Zeit nicht benutzen,
entfernen Sie die Batterie aus dem Batteriefach. Reinigen Sie das Gert mit einem trockenen, weichen
Tuch. Benutzen Sie keine chemischen oder scheuernden
Putzmittel. Sie knnen das Gehuse beschdigen.
EntsorgenWerfen Sie das Gert keinesfalls in den normalen Hausmll. Dieses Produkt unterliegtder europischen Richtlinie 2002/96/EC.
Entsorgen Sie das Gert ber einen zugelassenen Entsor-gungsbetrieb oder ber Ihre kommunale Entsorgungsein-richtung.Beachten Sie die aktuell geltenden Vorschriften. SetzenSie sich im Zweifelsfall mit Ihrer Entsorgungseinrichtung inVerbindung.
