1. Producing Balsamic Vinegar Grape syrup

We boil the grape juice f or a long time until it becomes a sweet, thick syrup We use it f or pastry instead of sugar.

Vinegar (Making of)

I t is made of old sour wine We pour warm water into the wine (10 lt of wine and 1.5 lt of water) We add vinegar yeast or a little pasta or a slice of bread (we need fungi) We put it in a barrel, not sealed, so as to “breath” and let it sit f or 3

months. Our vinegar is ready! Balsamic vinegar (making of)

We transfer the vinegar in a large kettle We warm it up a little We add grape syrup and stir it When it is well stirred, we remove it f rom the fire We fi ll the bottles with our balsamic vinegar.

5. Making a TV advertisement

Stage 1Think of the content (story, place, actors, time, objects, background, sounds etc…)Find the shooting locationTips: •find an original phrase (slogan) that everybody can remember•collect the materials (ask your teachers)•allocate the rolesStage 2Paint or prepare the backgroundRehearse your partsAdd music, if possible, or just sing the slogan!
