Terms of Participation and Payment Method
Specific Terms and Conditions:
The completed form should be sent by post or by email together with the full payment of the aforementioned fee shall be arranged on or before the application deadline via one of the methods listed below:
1. For exhibitors from Hong Kong: please issue a crossed cheque make payable to “The European Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong” and mail to Room 1003, 10/F, World-Wide House, 19 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong. Please STATE “2012 MIF Exhibition Fee” on the envelope and at the back the cheque. Otherwise your application will not be processed. A receipt will be provided only upon request.
2. For exhibitors from overseas: a separate invoice will be sent to the Company by email for arranging the remittance paid by telegraphic transfer* arrangement accordingly.
3. Please also email your company logo in high-definition (AI or EPS format) and a short biography of your company/association, of no more than 150 words (for marketing purposes, e.g. show directory) to [email protected]
4. Once the application is approved by European Chamber of Commerce, the exhibition fee is non-refundable.
5. All applications are required to send to the Organizer (IPIM) for enrollment before the event; the final offer will be subjected to the decision of IPIM after internal deliberation.

Part II Participation Details (for TC/CG/Chamber of Commerce only)
A variety of incentives will be included in our WALK-IN PACKAGES specially offered to our exhibitors
in the European Pavilion, which will contain the following:
Fully equipped exhibiting space (mini-booth including: fascia board, company name and logo, lighting,
power socket, chair, shelving, lockable cabinet/counter for each exhibitor)
NEW! FREE display of exhibiting samples in the EUROPEAN PRODUCT SHOWCASE – a specially
designated space positioned at the most prominent area of the European Pavilion
Use of European Pavilion’s reception service, meeting area, store room, bar (including the
refreshments, coffee, snacks)
Accommodation at a 5* hotel in Macau** (at least 2 nights per exhibitor, during the fair); special hotel
rates are also offered should there be more than one individual per exhibitor (due to a limited quota of
hotel room, the reservation is on first-come-first-serve basis) **

Part III Terms of Participation and Payment Method
Specific Terms and Conditions:
The completed form should be sent by post or by email together with the full payment of the aforementioned fee
shall be arranged on or before the application deadline via one of the methods listed below:
1. For exhibitors from Hong Kong: please issue a crossed cheque make payable to “The European
Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong” and mail to Room 1003, 10/F, World-Wide House, 19 Des Voeux
Road Central, Hong Kong. Please STATE “2012 MIF Exhibition Fee” on the envelope and at the back the
cheque. Otherwise your application will not be processed. A receipt will be provided only upon request.
2. For exhibitors from overseas: a separate invoice will be sent to the Company by email for arranging the
remittance paid by telegraphic transfer* arrangement accordingly.
3. Please also email your company logo in high-definition (AI or EPS format) and a short biography of your
company/association, of no more than 150 words (for marketing purposes, e.g. show directory) to
4. Once the application is approved by European Chamber of Commerce, the exhibition fee is non-refundable.
5. All applications are required to send to the Organizer (IPIM) for enrollment before the event; the final offer will
be subjected to the decision of IPIM after internal deliberation.
