2. Dosis II : 150 mg/kgBB
Ditimbang CMC-Na 500 mg dilarutkandalamaquadestpanas, sedikit demi
sedikitsampaisemua CMC-Na larut.Suspensiditunggusampaidingin, ditimbang 300
mg ekstrakdaunungu, dilarutkandalam CMC-Na.
Dimasukkandalambotolcoklattutuprapatdandiberi label Dosis II.
3. Dosis III : 300 mg/kgBB
