Before using the product, please familiarise yourself with all operating and safety instructions . Use the product only as described and for the range of applications specified . Intended useThe appliance is intended exclusively for killing bacteria and removing dust, germs and house mites . It is suitable for use on mattresses, bed sheets, duvets, upholstered furniture and the like . It may only be used indoors and in private households . Any other use is deemed improper .

The appliance is not intended for use in commercial or industrial environments . The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage caused by failure to observe these instructions, improper use or repairs, unauthorised modifications or the use of unapproved replacement parts . The risk is borne solely by the user .

Disposal of the packagingThe packaging materials have been selected for their environmental friendliness and ease of disposal and are therefore recyclable . Dispose of packaging materials that are no longer needed in accordance with applicable local regulations .

Dispose of the packaging in an environmentally friendly manner . Note the labelling on the packaging and separate the packaging material components for disposal if necessary . The packaging material is labelled with abbreviations (a) and numbers (b) with the following meanings: 1–7: Plastics, 20–22: Paper and cardboard, 80–98: Composites .


Safety information

RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! ► The rating of the power supply must correspond with the details given on the rating plate of the appliance .

► To avoid potential risks, arrange for a defective appliance to be checked and, if required, repaired by qualified technicians, or contact our Customer Service Department .

► Arrange for defective power plugs and/or cables to be replaced as soon as possible by a qualified technician or by our Customer Service Department to avoid the risk of injury .

► Pull only on the plug itself when unplugging the appliance, never on the power cable .

► Never bend (kink) or crush the power cable; always route it in such a way that it cannot come into contact with hot surfaces and such that no one can step on it or trip over it .

► Disconnect the mains plug before cleaning and after each use .

► Always unwind the power cable fully before switching on and do not use an extension cable .

► Never touch the power cable or the plug with wet hands . ► Never use the appliance adjacent to water contained in a bath, shower, wash basin or other vessels . The proximity of water is hazardous, even if the appliance is switched off .

► Under no circumstances should the appliance be immersed in liquids or liquids be allowed to penetrate the housing .

► Do not expose the appliance to humidity and do not use it outdoors . If any liquid gets into the housing, disconnect the appliance from the power socket immediately and have it repaired by a qualified technician .

► Do not open the appliance housing . If the appliance is defective, have it repaired by an authorised technician only .

Use this appliance only as described in these operating instructions . Never look directly into the UV-C lamp . UV radiation can lead to injuries to your eyes and skin .

► Never use the appliance on people or animals! UV radiation can lead to injuries to eyes and skin .


WARNING! RISK OF INJURY! ► The bactericidal ultraviolet rays of the UV-C lamp on the underside of the appliance are harmful to eyes and skin . Never expose yourself, other persons or animals to direct or reflected radiation . In case of exposure to the radiation, seek medical attention immediately .

► Make sure that the safety switches of the UV-C lamp are not blocked .

► Keep animals, hair, jewellery, loose clothing, fingers and all other parts of the body away from the suction opening of the appliance in order to prevent tight suction . Switch the appliance off immediately if it sucks onto any body part or object .

► Do not touch the vibration head during operation . ► Ensure that the connected power cable is not a hazard to tripping .

► Never leave the appliance unattended while it is switched on or connected to the mains power supply . Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance .

► Never allow children to use the appliance unattended . ► Allow the UV-C lamp to cool down sufficiently after use . Otherwise, there is a risk of burns .

► Never place your hand under the appliance while it is still in operation .


RISK OF FIRE! ► Do not insert anything into the openings of the appliance and make sure that they are not blocked .

► Make sure that the ventilation openings on the sides of the appliance are not blocked .

► To avoid a fire during operation, do not cover the appliance .

► Do not use the appliance in rooms containing highly flammable substances or toxic or explosive vapours .

► In case of fire, do not extinguish the appliance with water . Asphyxiate flames with a fireproof blanket or use a suitable fire extinguisher .

CAUTION! PROPERTY DAMAGE! ► Do not use the appliance to vacuum up the following items:

– flammable or flammable substances – glowing embers, burning cigarettes, matches, etc . – liquids or wet substances (e .g . wet carpet shampoo) – very fine dust (e .g . concrete dust), ash or toner – sharp, hard objects (e .g . glass splinters)

► Do not place or lay any heavy objects on the product, power plug, or powercable .

► Do not attempt to lubricate the rollers with lubricant or oil . This would cause more dust and dirt to stick to the rollers .

► Do not clean the appliance with aggressive, chemical or abrasive cleaning agents . They could damage it .

Safety switches The appliance has two safety switches 0 on the left and right of the underside of the appliance . The UV-C lamp 8 only switches on when the vibration button w is pressed if both safety switches 0 are pressed simultaneously . This deactivates the automatic switch-off of the UV-C lamp 8 . This happens automatically when the switched-on appliance is placed on a level surface (fig . A) .

If the safety switches lose contact with the substrate, the automatic switch-off function is activated and the UV-C lamp 8 stops lighting (figs . B and C) .

Operation

WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!

► Never look into the UV-C lamp 8 during use!

► Never use the appliance on people or animals! UV radiation can lead to injuries to eyes and skin .

► Only operate the appliance when it has been properly assembled . This is the only way to avoid the dangers of UV radiation .

► Use this appliance only as described in these operating instructions . This is the only way to avoid the dangers of UV radiation .

NOTE

► Use the appliance only if it is completely and correctly assembled . The dust container 3 and the dust filter 4 must be inserted correctly and undamaged . If dirt gets into the motor of the unit, it could cause motor damage .

► Make sure that the safety switches of the UV-C lamp 8 on the underside of the appliance are not blocked .

► Test the appliance on a small, unobtrusive spot first .

1) Plug the power plug into a properly installed, easily accessible wall outlet .

2) Place the appliance flat on the surface to be cleaned .

3) Press the On/Off switch 2 to turn on the appliance . Make sure that the On/Off switch 2 fully engages . The appliance starts vacuuming .

4) Press the vibration button w to activate the vibration head 7 . The vibration shakes up the surface to be cleaned and the swirled up dust is sucked in through the suction opening 9 . Pressing the vibration button w also switches on the UV-C lamp 8 .

5) Move the appliance evenly over the surface to be cleaned .

6) After vacuuming, press the On/Off switch 2 to turn off the appliance .

7) Unplug the appliance from the mains socket .


Usage recommendations ♦ Always clean mattresses from both sides .

♦ New mattresses should be cleaned once a month . Older mattresses should first be cleaned daily for one week . Afterwards, cleaning should take place once a month .

♦ The dust filter 4 should be changed every 12 –18 months depending on use, the UV-C lamp 8 every 12 – 24 months . If you have any questions about spare parts, please contact customer service (see section Service) .

Cleaning

RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!

► Before cleaning the appliance, disconnect the power plug from the power socket . Otherwise, there is a risk of electrocution .

CAUTION! PROPERTY DAMAGE!

► Do not use abrasive, aggressive or chemical cleaning agents . They can damage the surface and also lead to irreparable damage to the appliance .

♦ Clean the appliance only with a soft cloth lightly moistened with water .

♦ Empty the dust container 3 after each use of the appliance . The dust filter 4 must also be cleaned regularly to avoid overloading the motor .

Emptying dust container ♦ Pull the dust container 3 upwards out of the appliance (fig . D) .

♦ Reach into the opening of the dust filter 4 and pull it out of the dust con tainer 3 (fig . E) .

♦ Remove the cover of the dust container 3 (fig . F) .

♦ Empty the dust container 3 .

♦ If necessary, wipe the dust container 3 and the recess for the dust con tainer 3 with a dry duster .

♦ Also wipe the cover of the dust container 3 with a dry duster .

♦ Replace the cover of the dust container 3 . Make sure that the cover is completely pushed into the dust container 3 and closes it tightly .


Cleaning the dust filter ♦ After you have removed the dust filter 4 from the dust container 3, place

the dust filter 4 in a plastic bag . Close the plastic bag and knock the dust filter 4 out carefully .

♦ Wait until the dust in the plastic bag has settled and then remove the dust filter 4 from the plastic bag . Close the plastic bag again and dispose of it afterwards .

♦ If necessary, you can rinse out the dust filter 4 with fresh cold or lukewarm water . Allow the dust filter 4 to dry out completely .

♦ After cleaning, replace the dust filter 4 in the dust container 3 so that it is firmly seated .

♦ Replace the empty dust container 3 with the inserted dust filter 4 in the recess for the dust container 3 on the appliance .

NOTE

► New dust filters 4 can be reordered from the customer service (see section Ordering spare parts) .

Cleaning the UV-C lamp


► The UV-C lamp 8 gets hot during use . Allow the UV-C lamp 8 to cool down sufficiently after use . Otherwise, there is a risk of burns .

♦ Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw on the cover e of the UV-C lamp 8 and remove the cover e .

♦ Wipe the UV-C lamp 8 with a dry duster .

NOTE

♦ Be careful not to touch the UV-C lamp 8 with your fingers .

♦ Put on the cover e and fix it again with the screw .


Changing the UV-C lamp


► The UV-C lamp 8 gets hot during use . Allow the UV-C lamp 8 to cool down sufficiently after use . Otherwise, there is risk of burns .

► The technical information data for the UV-C lamp 8 can be found in the section Technical data .

♦ Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw on the cover e of the UV-C lamp 8 and remove the cover e .

♦ Pull the UV-C lamp 8 out of the plug connections .

♦ Insert a new UV-C lamp 8 into the plug connections .

♦ Put on the cover e and fix it back in place with the screw .

Storage ♦ Store the appliance in a clean and dry place away from direct sunlight .

Disposal of the applianceNOTE

► Remove the UV-C lamp 8 before disposing of the appliance and dispose of it separately from the appliance .

The adjacent symbol of a crossed-out wheelie bin means that this appliance is subject to Directive 2012/19/EU . This directive states that this appliance may not be disposed of in normal household waste at the end of its useful life, but must be brought to a specially set-up collection point, recycling depot or disposal company .

This disposal is free of charge for the user . Protect the environment and dispose of this appliance properly .

Your local community or municipal authorities can provide information on how to dispose of the worn-out product .


TroubleshootingThis section contains important information on fault identification and rectification . Follow the instructions to avoid hazards and damage .

Fault causes and remediesThe following table will help you to identify and rectify minor malfunctions . If the solutions presented below do not resolve the problem, please contact Customer Service (see section Service) .

The dust filter 4 is dirty . Clean the dust filter 4 .

Turn off the appliance, pull out the plug from the wall socket and remove the blockage .

The UV-C lamp 8 does not light up .

The automatic switch-off device of the UV-C lamp 8 has been activated .

Check the safety switches 0 left and right (see section Safety switches) .

The UV-C lamp 8 or appliance is defective .

Contact Customer Service (see section Service) .

The vibration head 7 does not vibrate .

The vibration function is not switched on . Press the vibration button w .

An unpleasant odour escapes from the appliance during suction .

Odours often develop when new appliances are used for the first time .

The smell should disappear after the appliance has been used a few times .

The appliance is defective .

Switch off the appliance, pull out the power plug from the socket and contact Customer Service (see section Service) .

This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from the date of purchase . If this product has any faults, you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights . Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way by the warranty described below .

Warranty conditionsThe warranty period starts on the date of purchase . Please keep your receipt in a safe place . This will be required as proof of purchase .

If any material or manufacturing fault occurs within three years of the date of purchase of the product, we will either repair or replace the product for you or refund the purchase price (at our discretion) . This warranty service requires that you present the defective appliance and the proof of purchase (receipt) within the three-year warranty period, along with a brief written description of the fault and of when it occurred .

If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product will either be repaired or replaced by us . The repair or replacement of a product does not signify the beginning of a new warranty period .

Warranty period and statutory claims for defectsThe warranty period is not prolonged by repairs effected under the warranty . This also applies to replaced and repaired components . Any damage and defects present at the time of purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking . Repairs carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall be subject to a fee .

Scope of the warrantyThis appliance has been manufactured in accordance with strict quality guidelines and inspected meticulously prior to delivery .

The warranty covers material faults or production faults . The warranty does not extend to product parts subject to normal wear and tear or to fragile parts which could be considered as consumable parts such as switches, batteries or parts made of glass .

The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged, improperly used or improperly maintained . The directions in the operating instructions for the product regarding proper use of the product are to be strictly followed . Uses and actions that are discouraged in the operating instructions or which are warned against must be avoided .

This product is intended solely for private use and not for commercial purposes . The warranty shall be deemed void in cases of misuse or improper handling, use of force and modifications / repairs which have not been carried out by one of our authorised Service centres .

Το προϊόν που αποκτήσατε είναι ένα προϊόν υψηλής ποιότητας . Οι οδηγίες χρήσης αποτελούν τμήμα αυτού του προϊόντος . Περιλαμβάνουν σημαντικές υποδείξεις για την ασφάλεια, τη χρήση και την απόρριψη . ♦ Αφαιρέστε όλα τα εξαρτήματα της συσκευής και τις οδηγίες χρήσης από τη συσκευασία .

♦ Απομακρύνετε όλα τα υλικά συσκευασίας από τη συσκευή .

ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ

► Σε περίπτωση ελλιπούς παραδοτέου εξοπλισμού ή ζημιών λόγω ελλιπούς συσκευασίας ή λόγω μεταφοράς, απευθυνθείτε στο τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών (βλ . κεφάλαιο Σέρβις) .

Απόρριψη της συσκευασίαςΤα υλικά συσκευασίας έχουν επιλεγεί σύμφωνα με τους κανόνες προστασίας του περιβάλλοντος και τις τεχνικές απόρριψης και, ως εκ τούτου, είναι ανακυκλώσιμα . Απορρίπτετε τα υλικά συσκευασίας που δεν χρησιμοποιούνται πλέον σύμφωνα με τους κατά τόπους ισχύοντες κανονισμούς .

Απορρίπτετε τη συσκευασία με φιλικό τρόπο προς το περιβάλλον . Λαμβάνετε υπόψη τη σήμανση στα διαφορετικά υλικά συσκευασίας και, εφόσον απαιτείται, ξεχωρίζετέ τα . Τα υλικά συσκευασίας φέρουν σήμανση με συντομογραφίες (a) και ψηφία (b) με την εξής σημασία: 1–7: Πλαστικά, 20–22: Χαρτί και χαρτόνι, 80–98: Συνθετικά υλικά .

Υποδείξεις ασφαλείας

ΚΊΝΔΥΝΟΣ ΗΛΕΚΤΡΟΠΛΗΞΊΑΣ ► Η τάση της πηγής ρεύματος πρέπει να συμφωνεί με τα στοι-χεία που αναγράφονται στην πινακίδα τύπου της συσκευής .

► Η επισκευή μίας ελαττωματικής συσκευής πρέπει να γίνεται εγκαίρως από ένα εξουσιοδοτημένο συνεργείο ή θα πρέπει να απευθύνεστε στην υπηρεσία εξυπηρέτησης πελατών για να αποφεύγετε κινδύνους .

► Τα βύσματα ή τα καλώδια που έχουν υποστεί ζημιά πρέπει να αντικαθίστανται άμεσα από εξουσιοδοτημένο εξειδικευμέ-νο προσωπικό ή από το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών, ώστε να αποφεύγονται τυχόν κίνδυνοι .

► Για να αποσυνδέσετε τη συσκευή από την τροφοδοσία ρεύματος, τραβάτε πάντα μόνο από το βύσμα, ποτέ από το καλώδιο .

► Μην κάμπτετε ή συμπιέζετε το καλώδιο και τοποθετείτε το έτσι ώστε να μην έρχεται σε επαφή με καυτές επιφάνειες και να μην μπορεί κανείς να πατήσει ή να σκοντάψει επάνω σε αυτό .

► Τραβάτε το βύσμα από την πρίζα πριν από τον καθαρισμό και μετά από κάθε χρήση .

► Πριν από την ενεργοποίηση, ξετυλίγετε πάντα καλά το καλώ-διο και μη χρησιμοποιείτε καλώδια προέκτασης .

► Ποτέ μην πιάνετε το καλώδιο ή το βύσμα με βρεγμένα χέρια . ► Σε καμία περίπτωση μη χρησιμοποιείτε τη συσκευή κοντά σε νερό, το οποίο βρίσκεται σε μπανιέρες, ντους, νιπτήρες ή σε άλλα δοχεία . Υπάρχει κίνδυνος από την ύπαρξη νερού, ακόμα και όταν η συσκευή είναι εκτός ρεύματος .

► Δεν επιτρέπεται να ανοίγετε το περίβλημα της συσκευής . Η ελαττωματική συσκευή επιτρέπεται να επισκευάζεται μόνο από εξουσιοδοτημένο προσωπικό .

► Σε καμία περίπτωση μη χρησιμοποιείτε τη συσκευή εάν πα-ρουσιάζει εμφανείς φθορές, έχει πέσει κάτω ή εάν τρέχει νερό . Πρέπει πρώτα να γίνει επισκευή από εξουσιοδοτημένο προσωπικό .

► Κατά τη διάρκεια της λειτουργίας μην αγγίζετε την κεφαλή δόνησης .

► Φροντίζετε ώστε να μην μπορεί κανείς να σκοντάψει επάνω στο συνδεδεμένο καλώδιο δικτύου .

► Ποτέ μην αφήνετε ανεπιτήρητη μια συσκευή, η οποία είναι συνδεδεμένη στο δίκτυο ρεύματος ή είναι ενεργοποιημένη . Τα παιδιά πρέπει να επιτηρούνται, ώστε να διασφαλίζεται ότι δεν χρησιμοποιούν τη συσκευή ως παιχνίδι .

► Βεβαιωθείτε ότι τα ανοίγματα αερισμού στο πλάι της συσκευ-ής δεν έχουν κλείσει .

► Μην καλύπτετε τη συσκευή κατά τη διάρκεια της λειτουργί-ας, ώστε να αποτρέψετε τυχόν φωτιά .

► Μην χρησιμοποιείτε τη συσκευή σε χώρους, όπου υπάρ-χουν εύφλεκτα υλικά ή δηλητηριώδεις ή εκρήξιμοι ατμοί .

► Σε περίπτωση φωτιάς στη συσκευή, μην τη σβήσετε με νερό . Σβήστε τις φλόγες με μία πυρίμαχη κουβέρτα ή κατάλληλο πυροσβεστήρα .

► Μην προσπαθήσετε να λιπάνετε τους κυλινδρίσκους με λι-παντικό ή λάδι . Σε αντίθεση περίπτωση, θα επικαθήσει σκό-νη ή ακαθαρσίες στους κυλινδρίσκους .

► Μην καθαρίζετε τη συσκευή με επιθετικά, χημικά ή τριβικά καθαριστικά μέσα . Διαφορετικά, μπορεί να υποστεί βλάβη .

Διακόπτης ασφαλείας Η συσκευή διαθέτει δύο διακόπτες ασφαλείας 0 αριστερά και δεξιά στην κάτω πλευρά της . Η λυχνία UV-C 8 ενεργοποιείται με πάτημα του πλήκτρου δόνησης w μόνο όταν πατηθούν ταυτόχρονα και οι δύο διακόπτες ασφαλείας 0 . Έτσι, απενεργοποιείται ο μηχανισμός αυτόματης απενεργοποίησης της λυχνίας UV-C 8 . Αυτό γίνεται αυτόματα εάν η ενεργοποιημένη συσκευή τοποθετηθεί επάνω σε μία επίπεδη επιφάνεια (Εικ . A) .

Χειρισμός

► Μην κοιτάτε ποτέ προς τη λυχνία UV-C 8 κατά τη χρήση!

► Ποτέ μη χρησιμοποιείτε τη συσκευή σε ανθρώπους ή ζώα! Η ακτινοβολία UV μπορεί να προκαλέσει βλάβες στα μάτια και το δέρμα!

► Χρησιμοποιείτε τη συσκευή μόνο εάν είναι σωστά συναρμολογημένη . Μόνο έτσι αποφεύγονται κίνδυνοι από την ακτινοβολία UV .

► Χρησιμοποιείτε τη συσκευή μόνο όπως περιγράφεται στις παρούσες οδηγίες χρήσης . Μόνο έτσι αποφεύγονται κίνδυνοι από την ακτινοβολία UV .

ΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ

► Χρησιμοποιείτε τη συσκευή μόνο εάν είναι σωστά και καλά συναρμολο-γημένη . Το δοχείο σκόνης 3 και το φίλτρο σκόνης 4 πρέπει να είναι σωστά τοποθετημένα και άθικτα . Εάν εισέλθει σκόνη μέσα στο μοτέρ της συσκευής, το μοτέρ μπορεί να υποστεί ζημιά .

► Προσέχετε ώστε οι διακόπτες ασφαλείας της λυχνίας UV-C 8 στην κάτω πλευρά της συσκευής να μην μπλοκάρουν .

► Δοκιμάζετε πάντα τη συσκευή πρώτα σε ένα μικρό απαρατήρητο σημείο .

1) Συνδέστε το βύσμα σε μια σωστά τοποθετημένη και καλά προσβάσιμη πρίζα .

2) Τοποθετήστε τη συσκευή επίπεδα επάνω στην επιφάνεια που πρόκειται να καθαριστεί .

3) Πιέστε το διακόπτη ενεργοποίησης/απενεργοποίησης 2, ώστε να ενεργο-ποιήσετε τη συσκευή . Φροντίστε ώστε ο διακόπτης ενεργοποίησης/απενεργοποίησης 2 να ασφαλίζει πλήρως . Η συσκευή ξεκινάει την αναρρόφηση .

4) Πιέστε το πλήκτρο δόνησης w, για να ενεργοποιήσετε την κεφαλή δόνησης 7 . Χάρη στη δόνηση κουνιέται η επιφάνεια που πρόκειται να καθαριστεί και η αιωρούμενη σκόνη απορροφάται μέσα από το άνοιγμα αναρρόφησης 9 . Πατώντας το πλήκτρο δόνησης w ανοίγει και η λυχνία UV-C 8 .

5) Περάστε τη συσκευή ομοιόμορφα επάνω από την επιφάνεια που πρόκειται να καθαριστεί .

6) Πιέστε μετά την αναρρόφηση το διακόπτη ενεργοποίησης/απενεργοποίησης 2, ώστε να απενεργοποιήσετε τη συσκευή .

7) Τραβήξτε το βύσμα δικτύου από την πρίζα .

Υποδείξεις χρήσης ♦ Καθαρίζετε πάντα τα στρώματα και από τις δύο πλευρές .

♦ Τα καινούρια στρώματα θα πρέπει να καθαρίζονται μία φορά το μήνα . Τα πα-λιότερα στρώματα θα πρέπει αρχικά να καθαρίζονται καθημερινά επί μία εβδο-μάδα . Στη συνέχεια, ο καθαρισμός θα πρέπει να γίνεται μία φορά το μήνα .

♦ Το φίλτρο σκόνης 4 θα πρέπει, αναλόγως της χρήσης, να αλλάζει κάθε 12 –18 μήνες, ενώ η λυχνία UV-C 8 κάθε 12 – 24 μήνες . Σε περίπτωση ερω-τήσεων σχετικά με τα ανταλλακτικά, απευθυνθείτε στο τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών (βλ . Κεφάλαιο Σέρβις) .

Καθαρισμός

ΠΡΟΕΊΔΟΠΟΊΗΣΗ! ΚΊΝΔΥΝΟΣ ΗΛΕΚΤΡΟΠΛΗΞΊΑΣ!

► Πριν από κάθε καθαρισμό, αποσυνδέετε το βύσμα από την πρίζα . Αλλιώς υπάρχει κίνδυνος ηλεκτροπληξίας .

ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ! ΥΛΙΚΕΣ ΖΗΜΙΕΣ!

► Μην χρησιμοποιείτε επιθετικά, τριβικά ή χημικά μέσα καθαρισμού . Αυτά μπορεί να βλάψουν την επιφάνεια και να προκαλέσουν ανεπανόρθωτες βλάβες στη συσκευή .

♦ Καθαρίζετε τη συσκευή μόνο με ένα μαλακό, ελαφρώς βρεγμένο με νερό πανί .

♦ Καθαρίζετε το δοχείο σκόνης 3 μετά από κάθε χρήση της συσκευής . Και το φίλτρο σκόνης 4 πρέπει να καθαρίζεται τακτικά, ώστε να αποφεύγεται υπερφόρτωση του μοτέρ .

Καθαρισμός φίλτρου σκόνης ♦ Αφότου τραβήξετε το φίλτρο σκόνης 4 από το δοχείο σκόνης 3,

τοποθετήστε το φίλτρο σκόνης 4 σε μια πλαστική σακούλα . Σφραγίστε την πλαστική σακούλα και χτυπήστε το φίλτρο σκόνης 4 προσεκτικά .

♦ Περιμένετε μέχρι να καθίσει η σκόνη στην πλαστική σακούλα και βγάλτε το φίλτρο σκόνης 4 από την πλαστική σακούλα . Σφραγίστε ξανά την πλαστι-κή σακούλα και απορρίψτε την .

♦ Εφόσον απαιτείται, μπορείτε να ξεπλύνετε το φίλτρο σκόνης 4 με καθαρό, κρύο ή χλιαρό νερό . Στη συνέχεια, αφήστε το φίλτρο σκόνης 4 να στεγνώ-σει πλήρως .

♦ Μετά τον καθαρισμό, τοποθετήστε πάλι το φίλτρο σκόνης 4 στο δοχείο σκόνης 3 και βεβαιωθείτε ότι έχει «κάτσει» καλά .

♦ Τοποθετήστε ξανά το άδειο δοχείο σκόνης 3 με τοποθετημένο το φίλτρο σκόνης 4 μέσα στην εγκοπή του δοχείου σκόνης 3 στη συσκευή .

► Η λυχνία UV-C 8 θερμαίνεται πολύ κατά τη χρήση . Μετά τη χρήση της συσκευής, αφήστε τη λυχνία UV-C 8 να κρυώσει καλά . Αλλιώς, υπάρχει κίνδυνος εγκαύματος .

♦ Λασκάρετε με ένα κατσαβίδι τη βίδα στο κάλυμμα e της λυχνίας UV-C 8 και βγάλτε το κάλυμμα e .

♦ Σκουπίστε τη λυχνία UV-C 8 με ένα στεγνό ξεσκονόπανο .

► Στη λυχνία UV-C 8 αναπτύσσονται πολύ υψηλές θερμοκρασίες κατά τη χρήση . Μετά τη χρήση της συσκευής, αφήνετε τη λυχνία UV-C 8 να κρυώσει . Διαφορετικά, υπάρχει κίνδυνος εγκαύματος .

► Για τις τεχνικές πληροφορίες της λυχνίας UV-C 8, ανατρέξτε στο κεφάλαιο Τεχνικά χαρακτηριστικά .

♦ Χαλαρώστε τη βίδα στο κάλυμμα e της λυχνίας UV-C 8 με ένα κατσαβίδι και αφαιρέστε το κάλυμμα e .

♦ Τραβήξτε τη λυχνία UV-C 8 από τις συνδέσεις φις .

♦ Τοποθετήστε μια καινούργια λυχνία UV-C 8 στις συνδέσεις φις .

♦ Τοποθετήστε το κάλυμμα e και στερεώστε το ξανά με τη βίδα .

Φύλαξη ♦ Φυλάξτε τη συσκευή σε ένα καθαρό και στεγνό μέρος χωρίς άμεση ηλιακή

Απόρριψη συσκευήςΥΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ

► Πριν από την απόρριψη της συσκευής, βγάλτε τη λυχνία UV-C 8 και απορρίψτε τη χωριστά από τη συσκευή .

Το παρακείμενο σύμβολο ενός διαγραμμένου κάδου απορριμμάτων σε ρόδες υποδηλώνει ότι η συσκευή αυτή υπόκειται στην Οδηγία 2012/19/ΕU . Προϋποθέσεις εγγύησηςΗ περίοδος εγγύησης ξεκινά την ημερομηνία αγοράς . Φυλάσσετε την απόδειξη αγοράς . Απαιτείται ως αποδεικτικό αγοράς .

Sicherheitsschalter Das Gerät verfügt über zwei Sicherheitsschalter 0 links und rechts an der Un-terseite des Gerätes . Die UV-C-Lampe 8 schaltet sich beim Betätigen der Vibra-tionstaste w nur ein, wenn gleichzeitig beide Sicherheitsschalter 0 gedrückt werden . Dadurch wird die Abschaltautomatik der UV-C-Lampe 8 deaktiviert . Dies geschieht automatisch, wenn das eingeschaltete Gerät auf eine ebene Fläche abgestellt wird (Abb . A) .

► Blicken Sie während des Gebrauchs niemals in die UV-C-Lampe 8!

► Benutzen Sie das Gerät niemals an Menschen oder Tieren! Die UV- Strahlung kann Schäden an Augen und Haut verursachen!

► Betreiben Sie das Gerät nur im ordnungsgemäß zusammengebauten Zustand . Nur so können Gefahren durch UV-Strahlung vermieden werden .

HINWEIS

► Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur, wenn es vollständig und korrekt zusammen-gebaut ist . Der Staubbehälter 3 und der Staubfilter 4 müssen korrekt ein-gesetzt und unbeschädigt sein . Wenn Schmutz in den Motor des Gerätes gelangt, könnte es zu einem Motorschaden kommen .

► Achten Sie darauf, dass die Sicherheitsschalter der UV-C-Lampe 8 an der Unterseite des Gerätes nicht blockiert werden .

► Testen Sie das Gerät immer erst an einer kleinen, unauffälligen Stelle .

1) Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in eine ordnungsgemäß installierte, gut zugäng-liche Steckdose .

2) Setzen Sie das Gerät flach auf die zu reinigende Fläche .

3) Drücken Sie den Ein-/Ausschalter 2, um das Gerät einzuschalten . Achten Sie hierbei darauf, dass der Ein-/Ausschalter 2 komplett einrastet . Das Gerät beginnt zu saugen .

4) Drücken Sie die Vibrationstaste w, um den Vibrationskopf 7 zu aktivieren . Durch die Vibration wird die zu reinigende Fläche aufgeschüttelt und der auf-gewirbelte Staub wird durch die Saugöffnung 9 eingesaugt . Durch das Drücken der Vibrationstaste w schaltet sich auch die UV-C-Lampe 8 ein .

5) Führen Sie das Gerät gleichmäßig über die zu reinigende Fläche .

6) Drücken Sie nach dem Saugen den Ein-/Ausschalter 2, um das Gerät auszuschalten .

7) Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose .


Anwendungstipps ♦ Reinigen Sie Matratzen immer von beiden Seiten .

♦ Neue Matratzen sollten Sie einmal im Monat reinigen . Ältere Matratzen soll-ten zunächst eine Woche lang täglich gereinigt werden . Danach sollte eine Reinigung einmal im Monat stattfinden .

♦ Der Staubfilter 4 sollte je nach Gebrauch alle 12 –18 Monate, die UV-C-Lampe 8 alle 12 – 24 Monate gewechselt werden . Bei Fragen zu Ersatz-teilen wenden Sie sich an den Kundenservice (siehe Kapitel Service) .

♦ Wischen Sie den Staubbehälter 3 und die Aussparung für den Staub-behälter 3 bei Bedarf mit einem trockenen Staubtuch aus .

♦ Wischen Sie auch die Abdeckung des Staubbehälters 3 mit einem trockenen Staubtuch ab .

♦ Setzen Sie die Abdeckung des Staubbehälters 3 wieder ein . Achten Sie darauf, dass die Abdeckung komplett in den Staubbehälter 3 eingescho-ben ist und diesen fest verschließt .


Staubfilter reinigen ♦ Nachdem Sie den Staubfilter 4 aus dem Staub behälter 3 gezogen ha-

ben, stecken Sie den Staubfilter 4 in einen Plastikbeutel . Verschließen Sie den Plastikbeutel und klopfen Sie den Staubfilter 4 vorsichtig aus .

♦ Warten Sie, bis sich der Staub im Plastikbeutel gesetzt hat und nehmen Sie dann den Staubfilter 4 aus dem Plastikbeutel . Verschließen Sie den Plastik-beutel wieder und entsorgen Sie ihn anschließend .

♦ Bei Bedarf können Sie den Staubfilter 4 mit klarem, kaltem oder lauwar-mem Wasser abspülen . Lassen Sie den Staubfilter 4 anschließend vollstän-dig trocknen .

♦ Setzen Sie den Staubfilter 4 nach der Reinigung wieder in den Staub-behälter 3, so dass er fest sitzt .

♦ Setzen Sie den geleerten Staubbehälter 3 mit eingesetztem Staubfilter 4 wieder in die Aussparung für den Staubbehälter 3 am Gerät ein .

HINWEIS

► Neue Staubfilter 4 können über den Kundenservice nachbestellt werden (siehe Kapitel Ersatzteile bestellen) .

UV-C-Lampe reinigen

♦ Lösen Sie mit einem Schraubendreher die Schraube an der Abdeckung e der UV-C-Lampe 8 und nehmen Sie die Abdeckung e ab .
