Enclosure in aluminum (RoHS compliant) with high strength and lightness in three different dimensions with different number of pins
Connectors of high reliability with polarization key and locking screw. They can be supplied already wired with T2(T3) automotive cable diversified for power and signal. Interchangeable between the different control units (for scalability).

SPECIAL FUNCTIONS ON REQUEST Body850 ECU family are designed in MONET both hardware and software. Then it’s possible implement various customization in terms of electrical circuits and embedded software functions. In addition to the normal functions implemented on board, the Body850-rev3 have new features designed to customer specifications.
ELECTRIC CHARGE DETECTION MODE AND CONTROL
ECU has a dedicated circuitry compliant by IS/IEC 61851-1 prepared by IEC technical committee 69: Electric road vehicles and electric industrial trucks.
SINGLE PIN WAKE UP
Specific PIN able to wakeup the control unit. The BODY850-rev3 has three different pins that can SWITCH ON the control unit also when the vehicle key is not present.
DC POWER BRIDGE CONTROL Power Bridge con PWM control with current and thermal protection. The ECU has three device formed by a double high-side and two low-side switches that allows to control a dc-motor in both direction by PWM control.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIBRARY Body850 ECU is designed for automotive applications. The software package (called “library”) provides an interface user-ECU that allows the programmer to integrate his own application code regardless of the physical ECU structure. It uses a layered architecture that ensures decoupling of functionalities from the supporting hardware and software services.

SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION The platforms are programmable using automatic code generators. Automatic code generation enables development "model-based" application, and the rapid generation of C code efficiently and reliably. The generated code, can be included in the compiler project and allows you to quickly transfer the application to the micro through our RTDE ® flashing tool using a serial port available on the connector.
DEVELOPMENT TOOLS: Simulink™ RTW-Embedded Coder blockset, as well as a C API function library to support C-language implementation of code (or TargetLink™)
