The history of Vyazma machine-building plant began at the end of ΧΙΧ century, when in 1898 Stroganov merchants opened the first vocational school in Vyazma, which has passed more than one stage of conversion, from factory school to iron foundry. In 1946, the Council of Ministers of the RSFSR decided to build in Vyazma a new plant of laundry equipment on the basis of cast iron production, and in 1951 the construction began. The first washing machines were made in 1954, then the serial production of drying drums as well as drying and Ironing machines was mastered. Today JSC "Vyazma machine-building plant" is a modern enterprise dynamically developing in market conditions and producing a wide range of laundry and dry cleaning equipment on it`s areas, which can provide any laundry enterprise from one source!

TECHNICAL EQUIPMENTThe plant has in its arsenal the most modern high-precision machines with com-

puter control from the leading global manufacturers allowing to reduce to minimum penalty of parts from which our machines are created. They are processing cen-ters, complexes for high-precision laser and plasma metal cutting, sheet bending presses, automatic welding robots, turret punching complexes, machine tools for rotary drawing of articles and forming a predetermined three-dimensional shape. At the same time the technology of internal seaming washing machine drums is in-troduced and mastered, which provided increased strength and allowed to minimize the amount of imbalance of the internal drums when working. The plant has mas-tered powder coating of products with pre-treatment of the metal surface by shot blasting. According to many guests who visited the production workshops, the fa-cilities of the plant are not inferior to the facilities the world-known manufacturers.

By connecting pumps for liquid detergents to the machine, and picking the right detergents, you can use washer extractors "VEGA" as the wet cleaning – analogue of dry cleaning.

Soft-mounted high-speed washing extractors with a load from 7 up to 100 kg, with the final extraction, allow to bring the linen after washing directly to the drying machine or flatwork drying-ironing machine, bypassing the centrifuge. This laundry equipment has a high degree of reliability and automation. It’s indispensable in modern laundries, reliable and convenient to operate. The VEGA series is a new generation of hard-mounted industrial washer extractors with automatic control, made of quality materials and components on modern technological equipment. Advanced extraction to a re-sidual humidity of 70% allows to exclude the centrifuge from the process chain and send the linen directly to the drying machine.

"Lotus" washing machines series are designed for washing, rinsing and partial extraction of linen, have modes of distribution and intermediate extraction. This allows to improve the working conditions of staff and to reduce humidity in the laundry room. On special request, it is possible to manufacture models with a combined heating method (electric + steam) for machines with manual control.

Centrifuges are designed for the final extraction of moisture from linen. These centrifuges are character-ized by simple and reliable design, simplicity and high safety in relation to maintenance personnel. The use of a frequency converter allows to smooth acceleration and deceleration of the inner drum of the centrifuge, reduce power consumption. LC centrifuges are available with stainless steel or painted metal cover.

DRYING EQUIPMENT

DRYING MACHINES, LOAD 10-100 KG

Automatic control Monochrome graphical interface of the controller. Simple and intuitive control of

the machine. 10 user-adjustable programs where you can program the drying tem-perature from 40 to 90 degrees, adjust the drying time from 1 to 99 minutes, or set the desired level of residual humidity of the linen.

Residual humidity sensor Drying of linen is implemented automatically. The machine will turn off when the

linen reaches the specified in the program level of residual humidity. This gives ex-cellent results in the subsequent ironing and storage of linen, saves time and energy.

High Productivity Loading of linen up to two time per hour. The average duration of the drying cycle

of bed linen for subsequent ironing is 30 minutes.

Drum reverse The machine rotates the drum alternately in opposite directions, which gives an

equal drying of the linen and prevents it from wringing. The drum of the VS type dry-ing machine is made of stainless steel.

Cooldown function Cooling of linen and the machine with cold air at the end of each cycle.

Safe operation Vyazma drying machine is equipped with safety interlocks, automatic error diag-

nosis, error alarm. It has a large tumble dryer filter to capture combings and a built-in fan. The machine is connected to the general ventilation system of the laundry.

OPTION: HEAT RECUPERATOR (HEAT EXCHANGER)

The heat exchanger is designed to save up to 22% of the electrical energy con-sumed by the electric dryer during operation, without loss of productivity.

The heat exchanger does not require electricity supply, reducing of electricity level consumption is achieved by heat recuperation.

The heat exchanger can be floor-mounted (installed on the floor next to the ma-chine) or wall-mounted (hung on the wall if the machine is next to the wall). Anchor bolts for wall mounting are not included in the supply set.

The heat exchanger is connected to the machine and to the exhaust ventilation by the supplied sleeves. The completeness of the heat exchanger depends on the machine to which it is planned to be connected, as well as on the specification.

Shaft cover The roller shaft of VG-1018, 1218 models has a multilayer structure consisting of

metal wool, heat-resistant fabric and cover. This design allows to press the linen to the ironing trough equally over the entire surface smoothing out any irregularities; the same is true for tissues with thickening of the seams, etc. The shaft cover with metal wool is used in the design of chest-heated ironers by many western manu-facturers. The quality of ironing on the chest-heated ironers VG-1018, 1218, corre-sponds to the best world examples thanks to this technology.

VG-1430, 1630 and 2030 chest-heated ironers have Springpress shaft spring cov-er, which allows to press the linen to the ironing trough equally across its surface, smoothing all possible irregularities. JSC "Vyazma machine-building plant" offers a simple and, most importantly, inexpensive solution to the problem of washing dirt-proof mats and mops with a set of equipment consisting of L60-121/11 washing ma-chine, KP-223 centrifuge and TS-300 trolley.

"L60-121/11" washing machine needs just ten minutes to wash the stubborn pile, dirt, sand, pieces of soil. The large-diameter loading gate makes it easy to load and unload the mats, and thanks to the spacious inner drum, three mats with dimension of 1 × 1 m can be washed at the same time. The permissible dimension of the mats for one cycle laying of wash in the machine can be increased by reducing their number. In contrast to imported machines, "L60-121/111" model with manual control includes minimum of electronics, and therefore there is no risk of clogging and danger that the dirt will damage the electric valves, as the water is drained me-chanically – by pressing the drain pedal, and it saves money for expensive filters installed on imported machines before electric valves. Cleaned in the washing machine mats are spun in KP-223centrifuge, which has a fairly simple but very reliable design, as well as a high safety level.

VSHO ozone cabinets – devices with an ozone generator, where in a closed sealed space, ozone concentration is achieved in a short time, contributing to the destruction of viruses, bacteria and odors.

The ozone process is carried out without mechanical influences, therefore the processing of products takes place without the risk of damage. Coats and hats made of valuable fur, theatrical costumes that need to be refreshed, as well as sports and firefighting equipment, various shoes, products after cleaning with the smell of perchloroethylene can be subjected to hygienic treatment.

The cabinets are equipped with a controller that has several ready-made programs, and also allows to config-ure additional programs with ozone parameters for elimination of both easily removed and old, hard-to-remove unpleasant odors.

Products are placed inside the cabinet: shoes and hats on removable shelves, and clothes on hangers is hung on the crossbar.

The cabinet door is hermetically closed and when the program is started, it is locked until the end of the pro-gram. Exhaust ozone in the process of purging the cabinet is thrown into the ventilation and quickly decomposes in the atmosphere.

The variant of the cabinets with a heater (with S index) also allows for easy drying of products without me-chanical influences. For ease of installation cabinets are equipped with swivel wheels.

Designed for continuous washing, extraction, shaking and drying of linen coming in large lots. Loading of clothes in the washing section is carried out by the loading conveyor. Washing is carried out while moving the linen along the reverse rotating drum due to its tilt.

The basis of the washing process is the principle of counter-flow (the flow of water moves to the linen). After washing the linen is pressed and transferred to the conveyor in the drying-shaking section. The washing technol-ogy can be adjusted by 100 programs, depending on the type of linen and the degree of contamination.

DOSING PUMPS FOR LIQUID DETERGENTS

We offer the latest developments to optimize the processes of injection, dosing and transfer of liquids used in Vyazma washing machines. For each washing machine, a separate dosing system is installed with the number of pumps, which is determined by the amount of detergent used (from 2 to 6). The operation of the pumps is controlled directly from the controller of the VYAZMA washing machine.

Washer extractors manufactured by JSC "Vyazma machine-building plant" in a set with dosing systems and liquid detergents allow to automate the washing process, reduce the consumption of detergents due to their accurate dosing and the desired concentration, thereby reducing the total material costs of washing.
