DHS EAGLE II

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Enterprise Solutions Office, will re-compete the Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE)requirement. The EAGLE II solicitation will include two separate and distinct sourceselections, one unrestricted and one set-aside for small business. Source selection willbe at the functional category level within each track. In the Small Business andUnrestricted tracks, a manageable number of awards will be made in FunctionalCategories (FC) 1-3 to ensure adequate competition at the Task Order level WithinService Delivery (FC1), source selections will be within small business categories forHUBZone, 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB), and other smallbusinesses to ensure representation in each of these categories.

CIO-SP3 SMALL BUSINESS

The Department of Health and Human Services, National Institutes of Health(NIH) has a requirement for the next generation contracts to supportgovernment IT efforts, with a focus on health and research IT. These IT servicesinclude health and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health,administrative, operational, managerial, and information managementrequirements. The NIH will replace the CIO-SP2i contract and the IW2nd contractto facilitate the combination of the two contracts into one unrestricted and onerestricted GWAC.

COMMUNICATION AND TRANSMISSION SYSTEMS (CTS)

The Department of the Army, Project Manager, Defense Communications andArmy Transmission Systems (PM DCATS), Fort Monmouth, NJ, in conjunctionwith Information Technology, E-Commerce, and Commercial Contracting Center(ITEC4) has a requirement for the Communication and Transmission Systems(CTS) Program including a state-of-the-art CTS, components, associatedperipheral equipment, technology insertion, sub-assemblies, data, and ancillarytechnical support services for life cycle support. CTS is intended to be theprimary means of PM DCATS acquisition for hardware and ancillary services.

The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard, intends toestablish a Department-Wide Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)Multiple Award Contract vehicle to provide technical, acquisition, and businesssupport services. ITES - 3H

The Department of the Army, Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software andSolutions (CHESS), requires state-of-the-art equipment and related services,including integration, under the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions -3Hardware (ITES-3H) contract procurement for worldwide use in support of theArmy. The ITES-3H contract will consist of multiple commercial Catalogs whichwill consist of UNIX Based Servers, Windows Based Servers, Workstations, ThinClients, Desktops and Notebooks, Storage Systems, Networking Equipment,Catalog F Network Printers, Video Equipment Products, Uninterruptible PowerSupplies (UPS). The government intends to reserve several awards for smallbusiness.

The Department of the Air Force, Aeronautical Systems Center is in the processof preparing for the acquisition of Consolidated Acquisition of ProfessionalServices (CAPS) II. The contracts will fulfill the need for technical and acquisitionmanagement support to supplement government organic resources at ASCWright-Patterson AFB OH. The requirement include but are not limited to thefollowing services; Applicable Documents, General Requirements, ContractManagement and Administration, Acquisition Management Support, Test &Evaluation Support, Administrative Support, Security Management Support andConfiguration and Data Management Support.

FIRSTSOURCE RE-COMPETE

The Department of Homeland Security, Enterprise Solutions Office will re-

compete the Department-wide, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-QuantityFirstSource contract. The contract provides the Department with the ability topurchase from the winning contractors, a full array of Information Technology(IT) commodity products produced by various Original Equipment Manufacturers(OEMs), resellers, and suppliers. The Department of the Army, Space and Missile Defense Command/Army ForcesStrategic Command (SMDC/ARSTRAT) has a requirement has a requirement forSystems Engineering and Technical Assistance Contract 2010 (SETAC 10).
