1. REFER TO CIVIL, STRUCTURAL, ARCHITECTURAL, FIRE PROTECTION, PLUMBING,MECHANICAL, AND ELECTRICAL, DRAWINGS AS APPLICABLE, TO DETERMINE EXACTEXTENT OF DEMOLITION REQUIRED BY THOSE DISCIPLINES TO COORDINATE WITHNEW CONSTRUCTION.

2. ANY OPERATION WHERE HIGH LEVELS OF NOISE ARE EXPECTED ON THECONSTRUCTION SITE WILL NEED TO BE COORDINATED AND APPROVED WITH THEOWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE WORK BEINGINITIATED.

3. AREAS NOT UNDER CONSTRUCTION NEED TO BE MAINTAINED FOR PUBLIC ACCESSAND CIRCULATION. PROPER SAFETY PRECAUTIONS TO BE OBSERVED.

4. MAINTAIN AND PROTECT THE EXISTING CONDITIONS IN THE AREA DURING THECONSTRUCTION PERIOD UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.

5. EVERY DIMENSION THAT IS DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATED TO EXISTINGSTRUCTURE OR CONSTRUCTION IS TO BE CAREFULLY MEASURED ANDCOORDINATED WITH ADJACENT CONDITIONS. ALL BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTIONCOSTS ARE TO INCLUDE A CAREFUL ANALYSIS OF EACH RELATING TRADE. REPORTDISCREPANCIES WHICH MAY ADVERSELY AFFECT FINISH WORK AND BUILT-IN WORKTO THE OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE PRIOR TO BEGINNING OF CONSTRUCTION.

8. WHERE EXISTING MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, PIPE, OR SUPPORTS ARE REMOVED, PATCHAND FINISH THE SURFACE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH THE EXISTING, UNLESS OTHERWISENOTED.

9. DISCONNECTION OR INTERRUPTION OF ANY MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, OR ELECTRICALSYSTEMS MUST BE COORDINATED WITH OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE AT LEAST 72 HOURSPRIOR TO WORK BEING PERFORMED.

10. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL TAKE PHOTOGRAPHS OF INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR AREASDOCUMENTING EXISTING CONDITIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH WORK. ATTENTIONSHALL BE FOCUSED ON ANY EXISTING DAMAGE. ANY SUBSEQUENT DAMAGEOCCURRING DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PERIOD SHALL BE REPLACED AT THECONTRACTORS EXPENSE.
