characterised by formal structure, designed to be

immediately and accurately installed over any top type. Below are some examples which clearly illustrate the

versatility of the B_Free Fusion programme.

Oven technologyThe B_Free ovens are equipped

with sophisticated Touch Control technology. In addition,

the 60 cm ovens are available both in the multiprogram plus and the pyrolytic version; the

second mentioned with ahigh-temperature cycle allows for the elimination of food residues.

New for 2012: multifunction oven version with knobs.

Compactcombi-microwave oven

It can be matched to the B_Free ovens; cooking

practicality of the microwave and the traditional oven fuse

to guarantee versatility and excellent results.

Warming drawerThe useful warming drawer can

be placed under thecombi-microwave B_Free oven. It keeps dishes warm, defrosts, allows dough/mixtures to rise, provides delicate cooking and

rapidly warms tableware.

We put technology, design and versatility on the same plane.

BarbecueIt is electrically operated, made of lava stone, and absorbs fats

and gases. The heating element is placed under the grid in order

to avoid the gases formation due to contact between this element and cooking liquids. The quality is comparable to

traditional cooking made on an outside grill.

TeppanyakiElectric stainless steel hotplate

with a 6 mm thickness on which you can cook meat, fish and

vegetables without seasoning. It is divided into two cooking

zones which can be used individually or jointly, without

mixing the flavours of the different dishes. It is equipped

with a thermostat and can be easily cleaned with a small

quantity of sparkling water and washing-up detergent, using a

stainless steel brush.

InductionThanks to this concept, heat is only generated at the base of the cooking instrument, a

symbol conveniently indicates that the instrument is suited

to this cooking procedure, and is directly transmitted to

the food to be cooked. By virtue of a 90% yield,

cooking times are notably reduced.

The surface remains cool, making the induction hobs

safer, avoiding burns and making cleaning operations easier.

Double ring 5 kWA burner that guarantees

high performance thanks to the increased power.

Two knobs control only the 0.8 kW inner flame, or the

outer 4.2 kW flame or a combination of both. Also

suited for wok cooking.

Chef burnerIt guarantees professional

results thanks to two flame rings that evenly distribute

heat to the base of the cooking instrument.

The flame is directed so that it is concentrated

on the centre of the burner, making

cooking even more rapid.

Modular cookingThe B_Free range includes

traditional gas cooking appliances as well as more

specific cooking methods such as the barbecue, the teppanyaki

and induction cooking.

with cast iron pan supports, automatic ignition and rapid

Sinks with radius “0” and "12"B_Free sinks have radius “0” along the vertical corners and radius “12” along those at the bottom, in order to facilitate cleaning without change the

purity of the design.

Telescopic tapThe tap can be lowered to reduce

its height to a minimal overhang from the top. Ideal where solutions

have aesthetic coverings in the working area or where is present

a snack area that runs along the top. B_Free taps complete the

collection with numerous models that match aesthetic aspects.

Multi-use chopping boardA wide range of accessories

complete the functional aspect of B_Free sinks, amongst which

the stainless steel and black polyethylene multi-use chopping

board features; it can also be used as a bowl cover and drainer.

Square basket strainer waste plus

and overflow covers B_Free sinks, now also available

in the 90 cm version with 2 bowls, are equipped with square

basket strainer waste plus, matched to the bowls and the

overflow covers.
